Great service! I called and left a message on a Saturday, but then decided to call back first thing on a Monday because I never get calls back from places. The gal on the phone was so helpful and efficient. She found my replacement griddle cover for my Wolf oven right away, accepted payment, and sent it off. Later that day I ended up receiving a call as well from my previous voicemail. I received the package 2 days later. Great experience from start to finish. Thanks!

The grate pads (rubber) on my dual-fuel Wolf stove were deteriorating and I asked a local service company whether replacement pads were available. I was told they could only sell me new grates (3) at a cost of $119.11 each. Midwest sold me 3 pad replacement kits at a cost of $16.78 each plus tax and UPS express shipping. Received the kits the next day. Im a customer for life!

Are you kidding me? Called 8/19 at about 1530. Had 8 mins between Zoom interviews. Place in order in 7 minutes and was told it would be there on 2/23. The entire order arrived on 2/20. Now I’m in Mke and they are in Chicago area but that’s absurdly great service. If I could I would give them 10 stars. Great work.

The control board of my Sub-Zero fridge died during a ComEd brown-out, and Midwest Parts was the only local supplier of a new board. They were awesome. Very friendly and helpful over the phone, and that trend continued when I walked in to pickup the part - staff came to assist me right away, and made sure I understand what had to be done to install the part.They saved me time and money, avoiding waiting for the expensive Sub-Zero repair services. I wish more companies were this courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful.
