Texadia recently helped us with an internet issue. We used them seven years ago to wire the home we built in University Park and installed our home sound system, home theater / media room and TVs throughout the house. They did a pronominal job!When I called them recently with our internet problem, Steve Burke, the owner, said they would treat it as a warranty issue and sent Scott to our house to diagnose the problem. A few days later they sent a tech named James who was super professional and wore a mask and shoe covers. He spent about an hour fixing the issue and the internet performance in my office went from 94 Mbps to 940!Texadia stood behind their work, fixed my problem in a very fast and efficient manner and I could not be happier.Thank you Steve and the Texadia team!

The AV guru project manager Bryan Hebert below. His knowledge was smaller than himself. Tiny guy with a huge mouth. The technician that installed my stuff knew more about projects than this gentlemen. Unfortunately, the tech is gone. Avoid this company.

The tech was knowledgeable and fixed everything. The real issues were created by the original install. Control 4 system is not as easy to maintain as I hoped. Need to buy lots of batteries...the remotes eat them like candy.

This is the worst company you can do business with. I’ll talk to my attorney and see how I can put them through hell just so they don’t mess with people who don’t have means to hire an attorney. Btw this is my first review ever. I try not to put bad spot light on small businesses even if they service is less than desirable but this company deserve to go out of business.

We have had the worst experience ever with Texadia. We have been charged tens of thousands of dollars and our system is operating worse than before and the issues we were having they could not repair. Not sure if they intentionally do business this way or just dont know what they are doing but either way im yet to get a refund.Be very careful before spending one dollar with this company.

Great products, great service and great people!

This company is a terrible company. Do not use them. They took tens of thousands of dollars and never did the work on our home. They set up remote access and ended up changing our Crestron username and password and now locked us out of our own system. Heck, they sent us emails trying to figure out how to fix something by searching blogs on the internet. We are planning on filing a lawsuit on Monday.

Kris did a great job and was very patient. Definitely would recommend.
