Bought a brand game labeled as new and the desk is unreadable.

Decent store. They cut back alot of the physical inventory. Also not as much of the collectibles on the shelf. The employees were cool and they actually had a 3d pulse headset available.

Eh, typical gamestop experience. Come in for one thing and get inundated with questions about add-ons that you dont want. Gotta say no half a dozen times to buy one thing.

I came here and Kaitlyn sold me an preowned switch and when I buy it it was missing an kick stand. But it wasn’t her fault.Ashley didn’t Write defective on it.Here is an tip for Gamestop employees you should show the customers the preowned items before you sell it to them especially if they have an disability because sometimes people can’t afford The warranty plan.Instead Minnie she was very helpful to figure the situation out but I didn’t Really want an Nintendo switch lite All I really wanted was my money back.But I really did want an switch.If you have an disability always go with some one to places to help you understand.Not an great place for people with disability they treat you badly.They also would hang up on you which isn’t ever nice.

Very disappointed with my call/visit to this location. I called around 10:05 a.m. the phone preceded to just ring and ring. I was close to the store since it was on my way to work so I figured Ill stop in. I go in and there is one customer and one worker. Both are just chatting. Clearly no business is being done of any kind just pure chit chat. I guess thats why I didnt get an answer on the phone nor was I greeted when I walked in nor asked If I needed help which I did, but I guess that was too much to ask for today. Guess Ill take my business elsewhere and not be going to this location anymore. Very bad customer service all round.

ExcellentPlace to go for almost any thing video game related store manger Fabian will bend over back words with in reaseon to help a (guest) finger air quotes in there. To make ur request a reality. I wont reserve any games any where else. Or buy from any where else even if it saves a couple bucks else wear. Kristi and her staff are excellent at customer service. If Kristi is not available any of her staff are more then up to the task of helping you get what u need.

I usually go to the one in bloomingdale plaza. But some of the guys there give wrong info most of the time. Been coming here since closer to me anyway. And so far no complaints.
