The best donuts I’ve had in DFW area without a doubt! Their fall assortment donuts are a combination of warmth, sweetness, and hint of nostalgia bringing back memories sitting on grandma’s porch gazing upon the scenery of leaves changing into their fall colors. The best part is they’re made to order donuts so always fresh and hot. I definitely recommend eating them right in house with your beverage of choice. Their donuts are not heavy like the traditional cake donut but not light enough to be a yeast donut either (my opinion of course). It seems they’re have found the perfect sweet spot for both worlds! 3.5 stars.Came here for the first time yesterday. It was a family trip and special treat after lunch.Overall, it was a good trip. I don’t think we’d go out of our way to come here again. But the donuts were very good. Loved how fresh they were. We got three kinds: lemon raspberry, key lime, and chocolate sprinkle. The lemon was the best imo. I didn’t love how thick the chocolate icing was. And the key lime had an odd flavor. I ended up just picking out the inside as the donuts itself was great.Donuts are more cake like and made fresh in store. There are lots of options but I think I’d go plain glaze or cinnamon sugar next time.Unfortunately, the store itself wasn’t super inviting. Rather dated decor even though it’s only a year old. Definitely feels like a chain. There’s also a weird smell. You’d think the smell of fresh donuts would be overwhelming, but it’s not. At all. Even if we had been allowed to dine in (couldn’t thanks to covid), we wouldn’t have wanted to stay.There are coffee options, but they didn’t look like anything special. I love a good cappuccino but wouldn’t have ordered one here.Idk. In Texas there are loads of donut shops that are just as good and cheaper. Many even do speciality donuts. Duck donuts are definitely the freshest by comparison, but I’d be hard pressed to drive them or pay premium price. We’ll honestly stick to our local mom and pop shops instead.

Simply delicious. One thing, if you arent a fan of cake donuts, this place might just change your mind. These are made fresh to order nice and warm. There are tons of flavors on the menu or you can build your own. Pricing is just above your cookie cutter dont shop but totally reasonable. Theres also a couple sandwiches available on your choice of English muffin, or donut bun. All current social distancing guidelines in place. Friendly staff. Great experience. Highly recommend.

First tried these delicious donuts in San Antonio last week. And had a family member allset to bring some to me and the wife. When she said you know they have one in addison. Soooo I drove 30 minutes to get here well worth it.

So good we went for National Donut Day and got a few extra to try. Fresh, warm, delicious. A very good cake donut with so many toppings. You can try their flavors or make your own and doesnt change the pricing!!!

I cant say enough good things about Duck Donuts in Addison. I spoke with Tammy by telephone yesterday, about a last minute request to have 5 dozen donuts delivered as a surprise for all the staff at my daughters (first grade teacher) school, to celebrate the first date of virtual learning. She did not hesitate at all to take on the challenge. Tammy listened to my request, made her recommendations and put together a plan to get the job done. I was a little apprehensive, as I am from out of town, had never had a Duck Donut and the whole thing was being handled over the phone. I was blown away!! I received a call from Tammy this morning saying the donuts had been delivered as promised, followed shortly by a text from my daughter saying thank you for the surprise, how it made everyones day and going on and on about how delicious the donuts are. The crew, at Duck Donuts has proven that amazing customer service and professionalism still exist, not to mention that they make incredibly delicious donuts!!!

WONDERFUL is not a big enough word for how delicious these donuts are!! This was my first time in here and I have never had such a good experience as I did today!! The service was outstanding and the donuts were the best I have ever tasted!!! If you have not tried this place, please do so!! Believe me, you wont regret it!!! Also, I am thinking about ordering donuts for my wedding as well. Just a terrific place!!!

One of the best donut shops around! The cinnamon sugar donut is always my to go to but if you’re feeling adventurous definitely try the maple bacon doughnut it’s out of this world!!! The coffee is always fresh and hot no matter what time you go. Duck Donuts also has some of the nicest employees! I’m always greeted with a smile :)

This place is awesome. The donuts are made to order so not only are the warm, they are created for you. They have some amazing predetermined flavors or you can create your own.

Donuts are well made and have a good variety of flavor options. Unfortunately each donut seems to use the same base just with different topping options. The cake donut base is very cakey and fresh. The toppings are good, but nothing too crazy. Competing with some of the local donut places here can be difficult, but they hold their own.

Super friendly staff and quick too! Donuts were delicious! Will be back soon to try more. :)

Got this morning for breakfast via door dash. The were supposed to be ready for pick up at 8:35am. 20 mins after and it was still in progress.They were ready for who knows how long. Ive come home and eaten them and it still says in progress on doordash and close its close to 10:00pm. Could just be door dash being wonky, so I wont hold that part against them. I got a half dozen custom. All were, while beautiful, old stale and unbalanced. The beautiful exterior conveniently hid the stale and hard donuts. It tasted like old dry store bought cake donuts. Im Overall disappointed as I expected hot fresh soft gormet custom donuts. I usually go to the donut place at the other intersection but thought Id try the fancy ones today. Now Im thinking a plain cheap glazed from the traditional place would have been better choice. Pretty though.

The reason they are closed down well actually locked down not because of issues with the landlord. But because they havent paid the rent in over 2 months so Landlord has locked them down. If you dont believe me call Kelsey Lanier or the office of Stan Graff .. I will also be messaging everyone on here individually because i know the new owners will delete this message as they dont want everyone to know the truth. That they are broke and cannot even pay the rent why the landlord locked them out!!

Theyre available on ubereats & it says theyre open with a 45 delivery time. I place an order & 10 minutes later, Uber Eats tells me that theyre sorry,but duck donuts did not confirm my order & it was cancelled. Dont be on ubereats if you dont want to fill the orders.
