WOW! It is really nice to be able to see everything in person. Got to try a couple treadmills because I am looking to get some additional cardio done at home. Sparks Fitness Equipment delivered it the next day. That is what service is all about, thank you Luis. Well done. I will be coming back this weekend to pick up that foam roller I wanted.

Terrible customer service! This would have been an easy sell if the sales person cared enough to try and put in effort! Look elsewhere if customer service is important to you.

Ive been in the market for a new treadmill since my old one died on me last week and stumbled upon this store. Promptly they were able to take away my old treadmill at the same time as they were installing the new one. Ive had the treadmill for 2 weeks and I later decided to buy a mat to put underneath to protect my hardwood floors. Sparks came back out to my home and put the mat underneath the treadmill since I am not able to lift the treadmill myself.

This store is legit. One of the best gym/exercise equipment stores I’ve been to. Al was great and helped me out with questions about recumbent bikes, and it really made the difference to see and try them in person. He also showed me the different technology/apps that you can integrate with new equipment, things I wasn’t able to find online. They have everything from weight lifting (racks, weight plates, benches, to machine weights) and a huge selection of cardio equipment. They had different makes and models of all of their cardio machines, so it’s clear what the differences are. They also have accessories for everything you could want in a gym.

I came into the store to buy a resistance band and didnt realize this store also carried spin bikes. WHen Im ready to buy a spin bike Im going to come back.
