On August 14th I ordered motivational art work from them on Amazon, I emailed them and told them that I need this before my daughter went to college and they replied let us know when you need it by and we will make it happened I told them and I waited. Three days before I was supposed to get it I checked the tracking and the package never made it to fed ex. I emailed them and they said it was lost in transit, asked if I wanted a refund or a new one shipped out and I said a new one please. Another week and a half goes by, I follow up and they sent the very same reply to me, it was lost in transit do I want a refund or another shipped out. When I questioned them they automatically refunded me the money. A week goes by, I reach out to them and asked them if they can guarantee me that if I make another attempt to order it if I will get it this time, they asked me when do I need it by, I told them and they guaranteed me. I placed another order and here we are again with the same thing! Fed ex has not received the package. Their customer service is horrible! Their reviews on amazon are fake! I even told them, if what I ordered is coming from Japan let me know so I can be more understanding and they never responded to that question! I will never order from them again! Please listen to the negative reviews as they are real and truthful and very similar!

This is a true find! I was driving by and saw a sign up for inflatable rentals and decided to stop. Everything I saw inside with the personalized banners mugs, water bottles, potholders and canvases was awesome. The prices and how fast they make them were even better. I have been there making all kinds of stuff. ❤️ This place

I bought several items here from canvases to coffee mugs and coasters and have gotten best customer service from them. The owner/CEO and his wife are amazing people and very generous with helping you find just the right thing for you. I will send all my business there.

I went into the Paper Blast store and was greeted with a helpful staff. I picked out a banner and it was ready within 30 minutes and got some balloons, everything was done very fast and well done. thanks paper blast!

Awful company. Do not order here. All the reviews are fake. I met the owner and ceo and he claims his last name was berns so he has his family making reviews. They never give the customer there products make you wait for days even months. Do not buy from here. Still do not have my products. I was told a day or two.

I needed canvases made with banners too . I researched companies and I found Paperblast .I went to the store and the people are very helpful and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I even met the CEO and his wife very pleasant to talk to and not to mention very helpful !! I would definitely recommend Paperblast ! Thank you Paperblast !

Terrible customer service. I placed an order (2nd picture) and received the first picture. I have attempted to call and left a message on option 1, option 2 numerous times and left one message on option 0. The 3rd photo shows that I contacted them via email about the wrong item and received NO response. Nothing from email or human voice. Unable to receive what I ordered nor the ability to get my money back.

Terrible company. Never sent my product and refused to update me on its status. Had to hound them repeatedly over social media before they finally made a public post indicating that they were involved in some weird legal battle with Etsy over a copyright issue. Again, they never bothered to reach out to me personally to explain this; I had to hunt them down via their Facebook/Instagram pages and harass them to find this out. Ended up opening a case with Etsy to get my money back. Will never shop with this company again.

Ordered on Etsy 11/9 after emailing them letting them know on 11/11 the package still wasn’t tracking I was told I had to wait up 5 days for it to track. 11/19 still hasn’t tracked and they sent a “replacement” stating the 1st package got lost. It’s 11/27 and the replacement isn’t tracking and they currently stopped responding to my emails. I had to even file a case with ETSY just to get a refund. The last response I got from them was to wait 5 days for tracking of the replacement sent 11/19 it’s been 6 and still not tracking. They think issuing a refund that I had to demand thru Etsy and sending me a replacement that is never coming. 16 Days wasted waiting on a gift for an employee that was never coming. Poor customer service from a highly rated company on Etsy. Just disappointed in how it was handled.
