I was well serviced. Both agents that I spoke with: one who assisted me and the one taken care of other duties were eminently amiable. Attentive and sensitive about information I didnt know.Most jewelry stores are nervy when approaching jewelers because sometimes folks put a value on accessories that have none. Im okay with that presence Ive experienced it of many magnitudes but her was as simply put, pleasant!And al I did was get a cleaning! I look forward to shopping with them :)

Good family business great quality diamonds and good at a fair price

I originally went to Batteries Plus Bulbs, store, located within the same plaza, walking distance, to get my Casio Iron-man watch battery changed out. The guy didnt have the ability to do so, he informed me that I needed to go to a jeweler, so I walked to Dr. Gold Jewelry & Diamonds, and they did an excellent job in helping me. Even though my watch was nothing compared to their assortment on hand, they treated me like my watch was priceless. They even offered me something to drink and / or a snack.Theyre about integrity and helping vs. being snobbish, like many jewelry stores I have visited. If your looking to purchase jewelry or precious metals or getting high dollar watches fixed ETC, go here, they will go the extra mile.

I initially came in just for a chain. I saw a cuban link which was very pretty however it was too long for my liking. They offered to make a bracelet as well if I wanted to do so. I didn’t feel pressured and they even did so for free. They worked with me fully. The work they said would take 2 days initially was finished earlier than expected. I have no complaints and only good things to say about this fast efficient and fair store. Will be coming back!
