Daniella at Global Marble is absolutely amazing! We went to pick out stone for our kitchen countertops and she was very knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. She even went out of her way to help us even months after we decided on our stone - she always made herself available for questions no matter when I called. They dropped off the stone to our fabricator as soon as we wanted and provided the best customer service - such a relief after so many other aspects of our project have not gone as well. We had such a good experience, when we decided to put in a kitchenette in the basement due to the delays in our main kitchen cabinet order, I knew we would go back to Global Marble and Daniella once again was amazing!As far as selection, I have never seen so many pieces of stone (marble, quartzite, granite, quartz, onyx, other precious and rare stone) at one location. In fact, if you took all the 5 places we had gone before we found Global and combined their slabs, Global STILL had more. A lot more! 2 giant warehouses full and an outdoor selection. And they were happy to move slabs around to see what others were behind if needed or to pick the exact slabs you wanted to see.When I found out we needed an additional slab and couldn’t make it back up before our fabricator wanted to cut for our kitchenette, I called and talked to Daniella, and she even sent me pictures of the one she thought was best (she found the one that was cut from same quarry) and it is PERFECT!I am so incredibly happy to have found this place. You do need to have a fabricator to purchase, but we found one after we selected our stone and this one part of our project went smoothly thanks to Global Marble and our fabricator. If we ever need stone in the future, this is definitely where I will go again. Thank you!!

My husband and I are doing a small kitchen renovation/addition/footprint change. We needed to find a match to our current countertops and we didn’t know the name since we didn’t do the original renovation. Luckily we had a sample to bring for comparison. Our fabricator sent us to Global Granite and Angelica was wonderful. She was so incredibly helpful in helping us find a good match. She spent time after we left looking around the warehouse for something and called me with an update. About a week later, she called to say a couple of slabs had come in that she believed would be a great option for us. My husband and I are so appreciative for her help and patience in picking a piece of granite. She could not have been more pleasant.

We chose a slab for our kitchen remodel and this place sold it out from under us without even contacting us until our contractor went to pick it up. We were told the slab was saved for us. Guess not if someone else can come in and take it. What kind of business operates like that!? Take your money elsewhere!

Again, our questions were answered and we decided right then which pattern we wanted. The crew moved the slabs so we could choose which ones we wanted and ours were marked with a sticker. Everyone at Global couldn’t have been nicer. It was a pleasure to shop there for our very important kitchen!

I wish global marble & granite importers was a little more affordable. I went here recently to just shop around and see if they were cheaper than my guy that I deal with And it turns out that they were $450 more for the same granites. Moral of the story is always shop around but at the same time if you have someone that gives you a great deal on granite it is usually better to stick with that person and create a relationship

If youre looking for a slab of marble or granite to spice up your kitchen/bath... this is the place to go! Before coming to this place, I already knew that I had a very particular style in mind and I was worried that I wouldnt find what I wanted. When I entered the warehouse, I was flabbergasted-- the options here are endless! They have hundreds of options (from less detail to more, and practically whatever color you need). My family and I searched through several slabs of granite. The owner and employees were kind enough to guide us throughout the process and gave us information on all of the stones. When we narrowed it down to the stone we wanted, they even moved a few slabs around so we could pick the slab with the desired flow/coloring. We were very happy with our pieces and we get many compliments when we have guests in our home. Thank you so much, Global Marble & Granite Importers! Well we didn’t CHOOSE Global Marble & Granite (it’s just where we told to go), LOL. Customer service was good, you kind of have to pick whatever slabs they have available. If there’s something you don’t like about them you just have to go along with it or make a completely different choice. So it’s a very subjective experience. But they are very open to having you change your mind if you want to come back and pick out different slabs if you decide they’re not right.

Went to this warehouse to pick out a granite slab for our kitchen. They had a lot of options to choose from and were helpful explaining the process. We were sad to find out the slabs we liked were all out of stock (we saw a bunch we liked, but other people had already claimed them). The girl took my information and told me they expected new stock to arrive in about 10 days and she would call. The new stock came in about 5 days and we were able to go and pick our slab from the new stock.
