This is the worst Jewel ever!! Pictures dont care about the customers and the place is always super crowded and it takes forever to check out. They also have a limited selection of products that other Jewels have. Dont waste your time at this one and go to the Jewel in Wood Dale ...

Sometimes have outdated food but a decent variety. Some employees are great and some are not. Watch your register receipt because we often get over charged and find errors but the store is looking nice with remodel. Nice floral dept. Good weekly specials keep us coming back.

The newly remolded Addison store is fantastic. Well organized with great help and sale prices 🙂

Wow this use to be the BEST JEWELS in DUPAAGE county. It was HORRIBLE!!!!! Shelves not filled 9n a SATURDAY MORNING.. UNREAL!! One register OPEN!!! Wow.Not sure whos in charge but I was SHOCK! And sadden I live there almost 20 years!! If I could have give 0 I would!! This is not the Jewels I remember!!

Jewel-Osco has everything you need

Jewel has associates that are always helpful. Never has lines to long, the second they see long lines another register is opened.

First and last time. The aisles were fully empty, remodeling perhaps?

Almost every time we go there they give us some sort of trouble either being them treating us poorly or them messing something up like a birthday cake. Most if not all the time they have given us some sort of trouble there, I would not recommend going there very often only go there if you desperately need to.

Had to stop last minute halloween candy.The assortment was low My dog got his dog bones.First time in this jewel and the employees were very nice to direct me rite where to go as I was in a hurry .Thank you jewel

Smaller store makes browsing through the aisles easier. Always find what Im looking for. Staff is helpful.As a plus, the parking lot has been renovated.

Once again had to leave what i was purchasing by the customer service desk because their was long lines at the registers and a line that reached the middle of the juice isle for self check out. I physically live behind this location and its sad that i have to constantly leave what i want either on a shelf or with an associate because the wait is to long. I will no longer go to this location. It is way to small for the residents of Addison. I will take the extra trip to the Wood dale location. If i could leave zero stars i would. This isnt my first post about this location but it will be my last.

Limited selection, indifferent service. Youll find something here you wont see at Walmart, but prices are on the high end. Be prepared for long check-out lines. And how do you feel about bagging your own groceries? Me too.

One of my favorite places to shop. Not as big as some. Nevertheless, has most of my general needs and fresh meats. Deli is very good. Never had a bad interaction with any workers or managers. Has a community friendly feel and I only shop there about 4 times a month.

I used to work at jewel osco and have friends that work their and multiple people have gotten covid there because they refuse to close it and they don’t care about their employees and work them to the bone with little pay and have them I would recommend not going because they are just spreading the covid from employee to employee

Great shopping experience. Very clean, organized, and fast check out. I will be shopping at this store every weekend. What makes this Jewel so good is the cashier in the front (Delilah) dont miss her act, best customer service ever. Went for steaks. Being Sunday, not too much of a selection

I used to like it not soo much anymore they got rid of alot of stuff I used to get from there very dissapointed. Other than that the food is pretty fresh and vegetables they have great deals on milk it always seems to be on sale.

This Jewel still has a self-checkout and thats pretty awesome I think by now Jewel knows that getting rid of the self-checkouts was the biggest mistake they ever made because it brought up there prices on a lot of items

Nicely stocked. I hadnt seen Scott tissue or Lysol cleaner for a while. This Jewel had them. I went for the Fannie Mae candy.

I always shop at this Jewel. The employees are like family. Great deals everyday.... Its smaller than the big Jewels, but thats what I like about it. Its easy to navigate and find items easily. Ive shopped at this Jewel for 38 years, and wouldnt think of shopping any where else. Thanks Addison Jewel for all that you do!!

There was a sign where you enter that says that the Governor requires everyone entering the store to wear a mask. Yet, as I approached I could clearly see a Jewel employee (burly, blonde-haired guy w pony tail) in their characteristic red shirt without a mask talking to a cashier who was wearing a mask.When I came in it was about 15 minutes [Fri, Jul 31 11:45pm] before closing time [12midnight] and so there were only a few customers in the store. The cashier saw me looking his way and came over to see if I had a question. I mentioned that I was surprised by that other employee w/o a mask. The cashier apologized for him and told me that hed speak to him about it.We did our shopping and self-checked out with some help from the cashier. We saw that he had been talking again with that employee who was still mask-less. When asked about it, he said that he had talked to that person, whom he said apologized and that he would remember to bring his mask to work the next time. So, he did not even have one with him? But, the cashier said he would give him one.It was a few minutes past closing so we were leaving. The guy in question was a stocker, so whether or not he wore a mask later is left as an exercise for the reader.

I’ve found this location to be stocked with things other grocers don’t have...veritable bullion paste as an example. And the prices are pretty reasonable

Brian the butcher has been sooooo helpful to me. We talk cooking and the best use of their meats. He offers suggestions that have been SPOT ON, etc. His customer service keeps me returning. The entire staff is always helpful and courteous.

The best place to get sandwiches, subs, meat packages. Employers are always nice and friendly.

I will never go here again for the sheer fact that the guy that works and watches everyone at the self check out let someone steal my cash back and completely walk away without saying a damn thing to him. On a day that I have absolutely no money and going through some struggles. To whomever you where shame on you and shame on management for stating directly to me that that gentlemen was infact seen on camera taking my money but Jewel has absolutely no interest in reimbursing me for the money that was stolen from me while shopping at their store. Shame on you Jewel. I shall never shop ever again for the rest of my days on this planet.

The people in the pharmacy are efficient and friendly. Had an issue at self checkout and the clerk helped immediately and solved the issue.

Asked if I can get a roll of quarters. Check out lady told me to go to the bank. On a Sunday 😕. Ill try not to shop here again. My Wood Dale jewel better anyway and youre always willing to give me a roll of quarters.

Been shopping at this Jewel for over 30 years. Many of the cashiers have been there a long time. Helpful and friendly. The only reason they dont get 5 stars is the shape their shopping carts are in. Its horrible when the cart sqeeks, and you cant steer. Caputos has awesome new carts...Jewel needs to keep up.

The chicken wings where not fresh

But they are charging $17.00 fo toilet paper. I bought 4 rolls double ply at Wal-Mart for 68 cents.

Great variety of quality produce. I would give it 5 stars but i couldnt find a basket on the way in.

So, this past weekend I went to jewel for bounty paper towels and they seemed to be out of stock. I went to the service desk and asked for the manager because i was irritated they were out. The manager, Jennifer came out and spoke with me and was very kind and helpful. She offered me an alternative product and handled herself in a very professional manner. I wanted to write this review to thank her for being so sweet and patient with me because I know i can be very difficult to deal with. thank you Jennifer!
