Sent quote to approve and review.Very communicative via phone, txt, and e-mail.Assigned Tech lead Rif to handle my project. Was txt’d before he arrived. Rif reviewed the work to be done and took the time to show me what he was doing before completing final work. Rif was super friendly and professional.Completed project in a few hours and cleaned up afterwards. Had me inspect the work and ask if any changes needed to be made.Overall, using HTD was a great experience, reasonably priced, professional team, and provided high quality work.

They are professional and super easy to work with. We love all of the AV improvements. It was perfect timely to upgrade right before Summer!From the moment that HTD Group walked in the house, I knew it was the perfect fit. I vetted several companies and had people come out to the house but there was something about Sheri that I just connected with. She spent about an hour walking through the house. I communicated all of our concerns, needs and wants and she was so helpful with the solutions that they could offer. Sheri offered so many options for improvements but she also knew our tech boundaries and kept the options within our limits.After we received the proposal, we had a few questions and wanted to tweak it a bit, Sheri had no problem and with even more questions I asked, she even called me to verbally explain what she sent via email to ensure I understood her correctly.Installation finally started and it was nothing but a smooth and stress free process. I was on site the entire time and had no problem answering any questions that Brad and his team had.
