I called to ask about a quote and he asked me what material I wanted. I asked him what was the easiest material to machine and he very rudely told me that he wasnt going to engineer the part for me. He then went on to tell me he wasnt going to machine it for me and hung up. Very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional.

Joe has fair prices and has done nice work on the parts Ive requested. I would recommend the service if you have ample time to get the project complete. Typically requires several follow ups to complete an order. He owns the business, does sales, customer service, quoting and everything else so it necessary to followup so you parts dont fall through the cracks. Ive had to pick up a few projects and relocate them because they werent completed after 6 weeks. The pieces he has completed, he has done so very well. Just wish he has some customer service reps to keep organized.

Ive been in there to get a one off and to order bulk and every time Im treated like Im the biggest customer they have (Im probably the smallest). They treat everyone like that. Great company, best quality, family like employees and always willing to go the extra mile. All your CNC needs in one location. Highly recommend.

WE HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR FOUR WEEKS FOR OUR VERY SMALL PROJECT, EVERY TIME WE WENT THERE TO ASK, WE WOULD RECEIVE ANSWER .. 1 HOUR ...HALF AN HOUR .. IT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE DONE NEXT DAY... THIS IS NOT HOW YOU DO BUSINESS.
