Hello there, you can always find what you need here all under one roof .... Only place I can find ( White ) corn tortillas..... Thank you. Also their little restraunt has good food as well.

Love the supermarket and prices. Its always clean and workers are friendly. The reason I am giving it only four stars is because they desperately need to hire someone that speaks English in the butcher/meat area. It gets frustrating trying to communicate with someone when we cant understand each other. Im totally cool with having majority non-English speaking workers and applaud it. I know its a grocery store that caters to Mexican/Latino folks. However others do go there for groceries and having a way to communicate in the one area of the store where its needed is important.

I used to enjoy getting my meat from here but in the past several months. The quality of the meat has gone down. It is not fresh, I wish they served better quality meats especially for the prices they sell it at.

Always so clean their selection is huge the restaurant they have inside is definitely well worth it and theyre fresh bakery is delicious.

Meat is ok but our produce went bad after 1 day. We had to throw so much away.

I love this place for the imported goods. On the downside, might no be there fault 100%, but sometimes not all the good stuff is available and is a bit overpriced. I guess is the price you have to pay to have a little taste of your homeland. Staff is not customer service oriented but is not terrible. The store is very clean and tidy always.

Like shopping at this Jimenez, even though the one located in melrose park is closer to me this one has a bigger parking lot and the store itself is very spacious which I love and enjoy now days. The meat is hit or miss but other than that good deals every week.

I been looking for a cake for my moms birthday and here a found a variety of cakes, I get a three milks cake and was awesome.

It is a great place if you would like to get Hispanic items. Almost all the employees are nice but we need to understand that this job is hard because no all the customers are nice at them. Sometimes the same Hispanic people is so rude at them.I love the taqueria, I could eat daily there but no the bakery, hahaha. I bought a small flan but was with no taste. Only in this case when I want/need a flan, cake or pastry, I am going to Fruit Market.

The store is always to cool . No matter what winter or summer, always super cold .Dairy products always expired .

I came in for lunch today and honestly was the worst customer service I had the staff are just talking and joking and not even helping people and so slow I had to wait about 30 for just the other of 3 tacos smh at this people

I bough ground beef and chicken on Thursday afternoon. I wanted to avoid the big lines on Saturday for the 4. Saturday when I was prepping the meet and chicken everything was bad. The ground beef was dark in color and the chicken had a very bad stink order. I return the beef but didn’t realize the chicken was bad until later so I had to trough it out. I fined it hard to believe that your meats will go bad in one day. Very disappointed with explanation. They won’t give me a full credit for my chicken because they supposedly need the chicken back. Something fishy going on there. Maybe I should call the health department!? And report the issue....

Very clean place to shop, lots of choices.

Store has a variety of products and decent prices, but as far of the inside restaurant and homemade food they sell by the deli section employees are very rude not friendly and dont use proper sanitation definitely thumps down. But dont take my word go see for yourself 👎👎

Prices are too hight but you find a piece of latinamerica there. Whatever you might be looking for of any Spanish country youll find there.

Its been years that I do some grocery shopping there and is never been any complain, the meat is good and fresh better than other Mexican groceries stores near, the hot food at the restaurant inside is SOO GOOD!! and the prices are pretty fair, the staff is really nice and friendly and the store looks clean enough for me.

I purchased my bakery items in the bakery. When I went to the cashier to buy my other grocery items, I made sure to keep my bakery items in the cart so I wouldn’t be double charged. When I got home I saw on the receipt that the cashier charged me for the bakery items anyway so I was double charged and paid for pastries twice. Very disappointed and will not return

Mexican store w fresh meat, produce, and bakery at reasonable prices. Even has a restaurant w yummy Mexican food.

I like this place for the produce. But you have to be careful. You have to check expiration date on all your items. Second you have to double check your receipt. One time the cashier charged me doble items. Other times she charged me different prices on the produce.

This place has everything you need. Just wish they didnt have the solicitors outside asking for things every time you go in and out. Other than that its a great place to shop. If you feel like having good soul food, eat inside!

All the workers here seem very nice and friendly and want to be helpful. Unfortunately, I dont speak Spanish very well and thats all they speak here. I was disappointed that they didnt have the refrigerated biscuit dough in a tube. Not a popular item here I guess. The manager told me he doesnt carry them anymore because they would expire too often before being sold. I was able to get some produce at a good price though.

Food is overpriced. But the meat is amazing 👌. Bakery got some good 3s leche cakes. Would get a 5 star if your prices werent so high. Not bad tho!

The store closes at 7 but they dont let you in ay 645 because they have to clean?? Seriously? And they dont let you talk to their managers. Horrible service. All their products are over price, 4$ for a gallon of milk? They take advantage of the latino community.

I come here all the time to buy my meats and other things since its convenient for me here in addison. Now I know its the fourth and it may be busy, I tried to call ahead to see what time they are open up to, a lady answered the phone in spanish and I tried to answer in english to ask what time Jimenez is open to, she answered me back in spanish and I didnt know what she said in spanish and then just hanged on me😔. I know its a Hispanic supermarket but someone has to understand/speak some English at least.

Carnicería has the slowest workers on. Looks like everyone in there is just getting up and so slow everyday. Too slow of service unfortunately.

Good place and well organized. This place has it all and for my cravings. I love Mexicans food, not only that they also have many varieties of veggies and fruits. I love this place so far.

All the food dishes at the restaurant (eat in or to go!) are delicious & hot! Butcher meats are awesome quality for great prices too! Fruits & vegetables are ready to eat & better than other store prices usually! All breads, cakes, rolls & sweets are baked right there fresh daily & WAY better prices compared to area bakeries too! Workers are super helpful & sweet always, even if some can not speak English, they will try to help me or find me someone who can get me assistance. I 💝💝💝 this place & so do my kids 😀!!

Great Mexican grocery store with fresh fruits and meats. They have a dine-in and takeout mini restaurant with authentic Mexican dishes and goodies. You can order catering mexican dishes, which are decent priced and delicious. Additionally they have an extensive Mexican bakery. Would rate 5 stars if customer service improved.

The little restaurant spot inside makes very good food. The portions are pretty big. I highly recommend the enchiladas Rojas.

This is your typical Mexican grocery store with a variety of Mexican/Spanish foods. They have a bakery and taqueria. There tons of fruits and vegetables and Mexican candies available. The personnel are always helpful and courteous. ❤

The prices are getting a little high now. Some things you can find them cheaper at Jewel or Walmart.

I found 60% or so toothpick in my bread when eating it.. that’s nasty and not just that but when paying they found a tray of spoiled bread.. some green stuff on it ... and all the bread taste the same and not in a good wayVery disappointed.. recently moved to the area and the first thing I try and it bad ...so much for wanting a good enjoyable breakfast

One of my favorite places to shop, stop for a quick bite shop at the bakery and still get the groceries done. Produce and meats priced nicely in between aisles for American products a bit higher than your sale priced places.

Good place to find most of our Hispanics products, it is a Mexican fruit market of course but they also have Caribbean products and most of our root vegetables,if your hungry give the steak gorditas a try at the little food court they are delicious!
