By far one of the worst Advance Auto Parts I’ve ever gone too. Customer service is horrible, very unprofessional and rude employees. Went on a Thursday afternoon and there were 4 employees there, and a huge line of customers waiting to be helped. The employees were on their cellphones and goofing around while the line kept growing. 2 of the employees were cursing and being loud, ignoring the customers waiting. Someone in the line spoke up and asked to be helped and the employees all laughed and continued goofing around. After a couple minutes One of the guys that was in the back came to help out but honestly I don’t think this place should be operating with immature, rude, unprofessional people. These people don’t seem to care about the customers needs or even about the store. Why continue to hire them when all they do is give Advance Auto a bad name?!
I went here to pick up my ups package and it was good
FYI-- they do not change batteries for free. The technician charges a decent fee in addition to the price of the battery, which wasnt clear up front.

Don’t you love calling letting them what you’re looking for, confirming they have it, confirming they close at 9 pm and then you coming in at 8:45 and surprise surprise they lock the doors and ignore you so that it looks like they didn’t see you. (:

I believe it was Henry who helped me at the store when I went. I had major issues with my car and needed parts and assistance to fix it and Henry really saved the day. Good customer service all around despite him being busy helping other customers.
At times they are quick but most of the time you have to wait a long time and very disorganized.

Do not patronize this location if you are white! I was first lied to about their return policy. if you buy an electronic item Mr Advance Auto Carlos S. will tell you to take it to the store it was purchased at that they cannot return it at their store. Secondly with the receipt present he will instruct you to do the same!!!Very arrogant. I have patronized stores in this area for 42 years and this is a place I highly suggest if you are white this is no place for you. also I was informed by a good friend of mine that Mr. Carlos has his hand in the cookie jar and as a deterent he takes the heat off himself so the company will think he is a model employee. That is why there are the restrictions on HIS policies. very anti white store
