Went in at 5pm and as soon as I walked in the door the staff said of course with a sigh. If your service hours are until 5:30p then you should plan on serving until 5:30pm. Didnt even want to purchase something from someone so rude.

The staff at Pro Med uniform are able to follow instructions have a great attention to detail Superior customer service would highly recommend any embroidery screen printing or other uniform needs especially Medical to come from ProMed uniform they were able to accomplish getting a Navy uniform ready very short order when other companies in downtown Adrian were incompetent in in doing so. Ordering online is the worst decision ever. I placed my order on September 4th. Women pants small size nothing out of the ordinary. Last week on the 23rd I called to ask where my pants were? They came up with something, apologized and said they would be on their way now. Two days from October, still no sign of them! So inconvenient considering they are for school!

They never have scrubs for men.

Friendly staff, however it was said a varsity jacket would take approximately four to six weeks. The date was pushed back a further two weeks making it eight weeks in total. Needless to say, it was rather frustrating.
