The pharmacy is EXTREMELY disrespectful and incompetent. They basically told my family that their prescriptions weren’t real, and physically waved the paper in their face while refusing to fill it. I’m truly dumbfounded at their lack of respect and professionalism.
Family tried to get a very important prescription filled and was told their doctor doesnt exist. The pharmacist literally waved the paper in their face with disrespect and unprofessionalism. Absolutely appalled.
This pharmacy is Terrible!! If you are on a medication that is help keeping you alive I would not use this place.. they can’t keep important medicine in stock…And their customer Service is worse!!…Not for sure how Andrea or Chelsea keep their job

Had my first fill last month, they made me wait over a hour to rebill it then when my wife went to pick up my refill they told her we were early and gave her a quarter script and come to find out I was just on time, they only filled it a quarter to make me.come in again and when I called about very upset a very rude lady just hung up on me... stay away from this mess of a pharmacy
I wish I could give zero stars. Absolutely horrible service!! Waiting 2 hours. Knowing I was staying to get prescriptions. To tell me that they needed and override from Dr. And couldnt give me the meds . they waited 2 hours to yell me this????? If it wasnt a big hassle and starting all over agin with pharmacys I would go somewhere else. Ots been horrible and iys only been 2 weeks with going through them.
If I could give them a 0 I would. My daughter needed a prescription after surgery. I had to call to get them to check the prescription that was called in over an hour previously. Then they say it’s going to be an hour. We get a text saying it will be done by 1. Get to the window at 1:24. They say it’s going to be another 30 min. By then my daughters pain meds are wearing off and they say there is nothing they can do. The lack of empathy is ridiculous!!
Good place but just like every other job its got its dumb workers thatll make you think twice about using them over and over again. But dont let that 1 worker make you hate the whole community.
Some of my prescriptions, especially with GoodRx, have great prices at Adrian Meijer. Very appreciated, especially when my health insurance lapsed.
They never have all my prescriptions. They always have to order something and it takes days. They also dont have enough staff for the amount of customers they have.Update 10/8 - and their service is even slower and they still are incredibly understaffed. This will be the last time I shop here.
Let me start off by saying that Im very surprised I am the first to review the Adrian Meijer pharmacy.I give it 1 star only because that is as low as this rating system will allow me to go. At sign out time at the ER, the nurse notified me the prescription had ALREADY been sent to the Meijer pharmacy. My poor judgment that I selected Meijer all due to my drivers recommendation.Straight from the Emergency Room then to the pharmacy I went to pick up the antibiotic. I was then informed by the pharmacy staff they did not have the prescription. Called the hospital about it and they sarcastically chuckled, oh yes, thats Meijer for you and also told me that a Meijer rep said to give them another 10 mins and it would be filled. Funny thing is the medicine was not even in stock!Now the pharmacy is closed, checked back the next morning at 8:00am. The staff member informs me that they had to order the antibiotic and they would call me when it came in. No call by 6:00pm, called them, and they got it in earlier in the day but neglected to call me.Moral of the story, I wouldnt go back to them ever again, worst experience I have ever had at a pharmacy! And Ive had to a few.
Scripts never get filled by automatic refill always not ready when i show up

Horrible experience with this pharmacy! Called to get a scripted filled had to pharmacy techs check to see if the had the pills before I had the script sent from a different pharmacy and confirmed they did Said it would be ready in two hours! Went to get it to be told they don’t even have it in stock! When the tech was informed that they told me they had the pills she said all well! I shop at this store every week just haven’t used the pharmacy! Well now I know never to use them! Absolutely horrible customer service and I don’t recommend using the pharmacy for any of your needs!

They have some of the rudest people I have dealt with in quite a while. Several times this year, my wifes doctor has called in refills for meds she needs daily and this pharmacy continues to say they dont have it. Only one technician seems to be capable of getting it sorted out after my wife going weeks without her meds and suffering from a lupus flair. Totally unacceptable! Id rate them 0 stars but it wont allow me. Save yourself the trouble and headaches and go elsewhere.
Laziness. Id give no star if I could. They can never manage to apply prescription discount cards or secondary insurance.They cannot call customer if there are issues filling medications or they dont have it ready on time. I always get the surprise and inconvienance when I get there to pick it up.They make you wait days for medication (Even life sustaining medication) refills. I have tried to prevent this with autofill but they never have it ready or in on time either. Waited 4 days to get a rescue inhaler and zyrtec. Each day they had me come back for the medications and told me everyday it would be in the next morning. I dont live in town so this was not a quick drive.Had surgery and had an allergic reaction to my painkiller. First painkiller prescriptions I had needed in 9 years. Doc gave me a new prescription for different medication. Was treated like I was a drug addict trying to pull something even though it was evident I had an operation when I showed them my incision and the hives on my face, and arms from the medication. I dont think I should have to prove my need.I was charged three times more than I knew my copay should be for a medication a couple weeks ago. When I confirmed verbally with them that the medication was a pro air inhaler they said yes. My insurance covers pro air but not Ventolin. I got home to discover I was given Ventolin. They wouldnt let me see the medication at the store for a visual confirmation. When I called doctor to discuss how I had a prescription for the wrong type of inhaler, the office said they wrote it for proair. Hence, Meijer gave me wrong prescription for wrong inhaler. I also got albuterol on same trip. They had the dosage and frequency instructions wrong versus what the doctor wrote on the script.Unfortunately my insurance dictates this is the only pharmacy I can go to unless I go into Toledo. So Im stuck with the service. Id like to know why medication isnt kept in stock and service is poor. Some medication must be taken regularly to prevent serious complications. So its imperative they fill in timely manner. They dont seem to understand this.

Ive used this pharmacy for years, but recently changed as the customer service is no longer what it once was. Medications are rarely in stock and they dont check before they tell you it will be ready at a certain time. Sometimes it can take days to fill a RX.
Place is a absolute joke of a pharmacy. Save your time trust me.
