I work in the area a lot and between this location and the location across the street you can pretty much get whatever you need very thankful for this place considering Im in construction and Im always in need of filters or hoses or anything else you can think of.... large selection knowledgeable staff.The only problem I have is that they are very slow during check out ( the turf location NOT THE AG location).The mechanic at the turf location is incredible. That guy is one of the best mechanics Ive seen in a long time and the show room is as clean as they come.

They dont call back after 3 attempts trying to get service schedule.

My husband and I stopped by Redline today to rent a tractor. The salesman proceeded to tell us that the 100hr minimum rental was expensive and we would be better off going to another local rental company. We are a late 20s couple, and own a large farm right down the road and personally it felt like profiling as if we could not afford to rent from Redline. We were actually planning on purchasing a new Kubota tractor from Redline at the end of this year, but now have plans to shop elsewhere.

Went in for a pulley but they didn’t have it. They had it the next day and stayed late so I could drive out to get it. Top notch 👍🏼

Convenient location, but they didnt have the parts I needed. They referred me to their other store in Archbold, OH.Bingo, both parts in stock.

Took our Kubota mower in for repairs A seal replacement six weeks later and after numerous phone calls we get it back hoses hanging down scratched up empty tank of gas There was a lack of communication and a lack of workmanship Might not be going back
