Worst customer service. Staff is straight up rude for no reason they act bothered anytime you ask a question. Also you will be yelled/screamed at by the cashier if you try and bring a skateboard or scooter inside.

The worst 7-Eleven I have ever been to. Beyond poor customer service. They hardly ever have hot food ready available what are the selection is extremely small. There is never enough staff members in the building to support the number of customers. 7-Eleven please take your store away from them.

Every time I go here to pick up a delivery for Uber the wait is super long the staff is miserable and they move at a glacial pace

I used to come to this 7/11 all the time (15+ years!) before moving away. The old management & employees knew my mother and I by name.I was shocked to see new faces as I had moved back 5 years later. I had the pleasure of the NEW management accuse me of stealing something as I approached the register. After I emptied my pockets, they were disappointed when they didnt find any of their merchandise on me. It is unfortunate when browsing for a snack can be interpreted as shoplifting. Needless to say, I will NEVER shop at this 7/11 EVER AGAIN.

The new owners dont care about the speed of checkout. Theyre constantly playing on their phones instead of helping customers. They ignore you for a long time and then pretend like they didnt see you. They have not been stocking their items like they used to and I often have to go someplace else. The night employee who worked from previous owner is still very fast and nice. But the new owners are very apathetic to the customers needs. Its a real shame, used to be my favorite 7-eleven. I will never shop here again.

I have been shopping at 7-11 for several years now and and happy it is part of the neighborhood. The staff have always been helpful, and even made sure to stock a regular item for me.

They also ask me if iam looking for something we dont have let me know so I can order for for you.
