In the broth there is kimchi sauce instead of fish sauce and sriracha, there are no wheat germs, dill from greens instead of mint, onions and cilantro, not rice noodles, but wheat noodles, for some reason Bulgarian pepper instead of chili.The administrator said that this is the authors variation. Why then call him pho bo ?! Would have called it differently.
