Bad help and high be prices

I came here to buy a rug for my living room and ended up buying 2 more! The customer service was impeccable, and the prices were very reasonable. They had a variety of shapes and sizes from handmade to machine made. I truly enjoyed my experience, and would recommend it to my peers.

I brought in an old rug that had sentimental value. Zad was very encouraging, knowledgeable and able to help me get the rug repaired. I am really pleased with the results. I will return to NW Rugs for future rug purchases.

Not a store to buy furniture, pots and vases are nice but extremely pricey, if you go looking for contemporary area rugs you will be disappointed both by the collection and the prices. On the bright side its worth seeing for yourself as the parking is easy and the staff is responsive.
