So came to pick up a Phone order, the order is supposed to be ready at 5:58 PM I have arrive to the store on time I walked in and the order still not ready it is 6:05 PM right now and the order is not ready and I’m still waiting and they do not have any ETA as of right now. It is so frustrated that you place an order online hours before and you’re right the expected time not only I had to walk in inside the store but the order is not ready.So very disappointed. The majority of our shopping is at Vons. Only a few things I find in another market. Great selection to choose from.

Usually I have a good experience here. Today not so good. Was overlooked a few times at the deli counter and my cashier did not acknowledge me until he handed me my receipt. Yes they were busy but the customer service throughout the different departments was horrible. Might not be back for a while if at all. Very displeased.

The store is always clean and well stocked. Rarely do I not find what I came for. The staff is also very polite and helpful!

Vons is my favorite market in my neighborhood. I am a loyal customer!I love the variety of interesting foods, beverages, desserts and my favorite the floral department. Beautiful roses for a good price. I treat myself weekly to flowers!The store is clean and all the employees arefriendly. I have shopped there for so long I know many of the employees by name.I have always been treated with respect and never have had any issues.

Big store. Much more variety than my local Vons in San Diego.

Weird atmosphere. More than other supermarkets in the area. Only stop in for essentials. Try Ralphs...

I havent stopped at Vons in years. So Today I realized they have a section with all the ingredients for your salads already cut, wash, and ready to mix. They also have fruits and salsas ready to eat. Maybe this have been there for a while, but I just so it today. I will be buying my groceries here from now on

Basically good store. Ive had to remind them several times to restock their cart wipes at the entrance.

Even doing a great job through all this. All of their employees are wearing their PPE, theyre washing things down, and theyre making sure that we have the best experience possible under the circumstances.But TBH, this has been a week managed store for years.

I have to say this, bc I was pretty irritated this morning. I order several dozens of danishes once a month, for our office Fri treat. Always the most pleasant experience at the bakery, which was the same this morning. However, the bag packer at the register could care less about my baked goods, so he packed them sideways!!! Not only they got squished, but the sweet glaze leaked out all over the containers and the bag. I stopped right there and had to take everything out, got the glaze all over my hands, and the dude just looked at me. Said, you can go get another box if you want. Well, unfortunately, I could not! It was a special order and they had no more of the cheese danishes! He couldve said, sorry, I didnt realize this will happen. I hope he gets trained how to do his job better. Unfortunately common sense us not a trait a lot of young people have these days.

Good place to shop at!!

Specifically, I went to buy a holiday flower bouquet. I looked very closely.I tried to ask the lady in the floral dept. how old they were, but she was on the phone and waved me off. When I opened the bouquet, several flowers and greenery had mold on them. As I took them out of the bouquet one white mum literally lost all its petals. So disappointing. And Ive shopped there a long time.

Incredibly kind after the fire last fire...manager wouldnt even let me pay for the little I was purchasing! PLUS Gil in dairy ALWAYS is willing to get my favorite Glenoaks drinkable yogurt special ordered when theres a sale!

Interesting grocery store. More variety of everything imaginable, ensures they have everything but it makes it more difficult to find something in particular if you are not familiar where everything is. Check out would be easier if they had self checkout.

I’m a frequent shopper at Vons in Agoura Hills. Friendly, is how I would characterize employees’ attitudes there. Over the past five years, on numerous occasions, employees have gone out of their way to help me. Today, I would like to take the time to mention one young employee in particular, who recently surprised me with her thoughtfulness, Amanda! A week ago, I had paid for my groceries and was in the process of trying to place them in my carriage; Amanda was walking from far behind me to make her way to the opposite end of the store, so she couldn’t see what I was doing until she came along side of me. Although she was walking at a good clip, she noticed me loading my few bags of groceries and instantly stopped to say she would get them for me! She could have kept on going and not even noticed me, but to me, it showed her interest and awareness, and in being proactive, when it would have been easier to just keep on walking by. I hope management recognizes her dedication to doing a great job! Thank you Amanda!

Today we wanted to purchase chicken from the Deli, they have special deal for $4.99 if you will scan the code with their app. I didn’t want to download the app, I’m already have the membership. Any way I download the app but it’s not enough they force you to create account.I start to enter my information but I didn’t remember the membership number so I couldn’t complete the registration for the app. And all of it in front of the guy from the cash register. Eventually I ask for the discount with entering my phone number the guy at the said No only with the app. Well Vons great customer service you have... next time when you created an app don’t force customers to creat an account... we did it when we became membersWe left the chicken at the store so they can enjoy it. I’ll buy from Costco

One of the most friendliest stores in the Vons chain. Employees are ready to help!

Called 4 times to order multiple brownie platters from the bakery for an event. Bakery manager would never call me back. Bakery staff absolutely clueless about how to place the order themselves or take an order for their manager to place at a later time. Some staff could barely speak English. I ended up ordering from another Vons that had a customer focused staff, which confirmed my order on the first call and produced some really tasty, gewy, and fresh fudge brownies.

Just walked in on a weeknight. Should be busy but completely dead, no one around, horrible low-energy vibe, awful music, weird smell. Prices aren’t great. Couldn’t find what I needed. This place needs a facelift.Headed next door to Ralph’s which had lively energy, inviting decor, helpful people,and most importantly, exactly what I needed.

My go to grocery store, they always keep their shelves stocked

I am not sure what happened to this store. I use to only shop here. Now I go only when Im in a hurry. The staff dont seem to care about the customer or the store its self. They dont talk very nicely about their own company. Too bad.

Ok supermarket, BUT good prices, especially with Vons card, and pleasant service. They even have some organic produce. Strawberries fine. Main attraction short distance to home.

The last time I was here, the worker did NOT use any gloves at the deli to handle my food!!!

I go there for specific things -- large, greek-style yogurt, Italian ices, diet sodas, mainly. A lot of my food comes from Amazon or Soylent. But Vons does its job, though it is at least as overpriced as every other chain grocer in the local shopping centers. I go to Trader Joes or Sprouts or Gelsons when I want more class.

Your bakery dept has changed for the worse!!The carrot cake use to have a good cream cheese frosting but I noticed a couple weeks ago that it has NO cream cheese taste or texture. It’s lousy!!!Today I got some cheese cake, equally lousy!!!If you’ve changed bakers or are skimping on the ingredients it’s a mistake!!!I’ll make sure my friends & neighbors know how things have changed
