When we moved into our newly built home in the 80s, there were no overhead lights in the bedrooms and living room. We had to use floor and table lamps for lighting. We decided to purchase ceiling fans with light kits.We bought one for the master bedroom and another for the living room. Both were bought at Pacific Ceiling Fans and installed by Chris K. one of their installers. When our daughters got older, we bought fans with light kits for their bedrooms.Recently, the one in our living room went on the blink. We had many good years with that fan, so we decided to replace it. Went back to Pacific today and bought a replacement.Richard and Blaine gave us a lot of information about the new fans that they have. Great customer service. Listened to what we wanted and they made suggestions. Were happy with the prices for the fan, light kit and remote. Just waiting for Chris to do installation. Hes been doing it since our original fans were put in. He did all the wiring in 3 bedrooms and the living room, and set everything up. Im sure the removal and installation on this fan will be a breeze for him. Great price, too.If you need a ceiling fan, this is the place to go. Were 30 plus years very satisfied customers. Was shopping for a ceiling fan. Was planning on buying from Home Depot, but reading the low reviews for each fan i looked at, I was worried. It didnt seem to be able to connect to a light switch and dim ... operates by remote only. Or the remote was just too basic -2 buttons one for fan and one for light. I heard about this place from my uncle - a retired electrician and so glad. I explained what i wanted and they pointed me out to several fans in the color i wanted. They showed me everything and gave me a list of electricians in case I wasnt comfortable. I would go back and get my next one there.

I didn’t get much info when I shopped there recently. I have purchased four fans from there over the years, but I didn’t deal with anyone memorable, but they gave me enough info because I went back. This time I was disappointed because the fellow helping me was not very informative about the new fans available and the performance differences, so I left...and went to their competitor next door.
