The new management is great. I purchased my car from the the new owners at their parent location at Auto X-Change Inc and I am very satisfied. The profile and atmosphere at Best Auto Group in Aiea is night and day different from the past. I invite you to experience it yourself. The new Manager Jim Pettus is a real sweetheart. Dont take it from me though go find out for yourself. I just met the guy three weeks ago.

They are very very very dishonest.Their sales staff and managers are complete scammers.They act all nice just to take your money....stay away.They had several angry customers while I was there.They prey on honest people.Stay away....repeat....stay away.You will regret going there I promise.I hope you stay away.T

DO NOT GO HERE! They sale unsafe vehicles for twice what theyre worth. They sale lifted/dropped vehicles with no Recon, they sale other cars with burnt oil, and unsafe suspensions. If you do happen to go here have the car thoroughly inspected by someone of your choosing and not one of the people they recommend.

Ive been to other dealers and have only been high pressured by the sleazy salesman and when i dont qualify they kick me out!i went to best auto group expecting to have the same treatment. the sales people were really super friendly and nice. they took all the time to explain about everything, carfax, price, value and the loan stuff. i was pleasantly surprised when they were able to get me approved with a little down payment into a really nice, newer car!i would recommend this dealer to anyone that is tired of being treated unfairly at those big dealerships that dont care about us little guys. best auto was very willing to work with me and give me the best deal! great job guys!

We went there hoping to be able to get a car for our family only to be told that every time they try to talk to the banks the loan officers are out of the office!!! They seem like they want to help the people out but they DONT!!! I wouldnt ref. anyone I know to them!!!
