Terrible service. Do we have to call when our supply is out? No one answers calls or returns calls. Unprofessional. No rating at all

The people working there is heavily lacking customer service and the ability to communicate and resolve an issue. They have to step back and figure things out away from the phone before they call you. Additionally, charges are not accurate, you have a delivery receipt that says one thing, an invoice that says another, and what they see on their screen. Other than that, their product is great, BUT the people working around it needs tremendous improvement.

Do not use this delivery service! They have charged my card and not delivered. They never answer the phones. They are extremely unprofessional. I cancelled service 7 months ago and they still have not refunded me back. They said they apologize but their accounting dept. is backed up. How can a accounting dept. be backed up for that long!?!? Do you really want to go through this?

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!We cancelled out account with this company due to their horrible service, delivery and lacked of professionalism. We could have not imagine they can stoop much lower and worst. Since our account is on auto-pay. Despite of cancelling our account this company continues to charge our card automatically. Weve tried to reach them numerous times but our calls, emails, voicemail were never answer. This company do not return calls, reply or answers to email or voicemail. Our next step is probably filing a complaint to dcca and get their license revoked.

Not very responsive, phone doesnt get answer and voicemail boxes is always full and cannot take messages. They also do not respond to emails

Its been a couple months since we got our last delivery . We are completely out of drinking water. This is not the first time they have gone months in between.
