The ladies who checked us in we’re so awesome and professional and I know they were short staff today but they got us in quick even while they had their own clients too! And shout out to David who did our safety inspection! He really helped us out and explained to us all that we needed even though we had so many questions and everything electronically and not printed and we did both our cars today! Just really grateful all went smooth today and I know it had to do with this team here.

Great customer service every time I go. I live far away but will only return to them unless I need immediate work done on my car. They always tell you whats best for your vehicle. I love the fact that females work there too.

General manager here had excellent customer service and hard working. My oil change was quick but the ONLY thing I gave this place a 1 star is because after my oil change was done. I sat for 12 minutes waiting to pay for my oil change. The lady that did my oil change closed the hood of my car and went over to the next car and talked to her coworkers for about 12 minutes. Yes 12 minutes of me sitting in my car waiting and listening to her talking to her coworkers. I wasnt sure what I was waiting for so I asked her if there was anything else that needed to be done. And thats when she came over and printed my receipt and I paid.My only advice lady is that I only came there for a oil change and then leave because I had appointment to go to. Just service the customer and let them be on there way and you can have as many conversations with your coworkers as u want once the customer leaves. Work is work and be professional

I was pleasantly surprised with the service and kindness of the jiffy lube here. So nice, so fast. I called ahead to see if they have my filter, they said it probably best if I bring my own. Stayed in my car the whole time, I was done in less than 20 minutes. They gave me a discount for bringing my own filter and they have an option of oils to pick from. They never tried to upsale me on anything so dont be afraid of the old quick-oil-change mechanic trick. Also, you will find female mechanics their too, my wife was very delighted to see that too.Tldr: place was great. Fast and fair prices

Really quick and easy experience. I pulled right into a bay, was helped immediately, and was done within 20mins of arrival. All of the staff who helped were friendly and seemed to enjoy the job they were there to do.

Ive had good experiences with this Jiffy Lube both times I went. The service was rather quick, I was able to stay in my car the entire time, and the pricing is too terrible, its definitely comparable to local dealerships.Ive heard some bad things about JL, however, I havent had any bad experiences, myself. The wait wasnt long, but I arrived right at open.

I dealt with three different staff members during this oil change and all were very friendly and respectful. This time around I discovered that Jiffy Lube has some services I didnt know they did like changing brakes. I took a survey and they listed a range of services that I think JL offers that I never knew of like tire rotations, tire replacement and brake service. When did they start doing all of this stuff?? lol. Need to check out their prices and if they look good, I may go to them for one of these services in the near future.

A bit on the costly side but they do their work like asked. They will ask you all that you need prior to you getting set up in the work bay. Topped off fluids and offered to rotate tires also, with cost. I declined but that was a cool option to have.If it was cheaper Id def go 5 stars.

May 16th 2021 had safety check done. They were fast and safe. I stayed in my truck and helped with performing the safety check. I was in and out in like 20 minutes.

We came in just before closing and all the staff was super nice. Everyone was smiling and had great energy. They did the oil change super quick and looked over some other issues our newly bought van was experiencing. They also cleaned the windshield, 10/10 would recommend them.

PRICEY to do anything else but an oil change, imo, but they do a good assessment of the vehicle. Long wait for transporting parts from other locations. Dont forget to use the online oil change coupon, remind them at the end cause they dont remember.

We live in Ewa Bleach but come to this jiffy lube. This crew is awesome. Kevin K. Is the team lead and is professional and easy to work and talk with. Today, Collin K. serviced my truck. Very professional and courteous. My wife came here two weeks ago with our other car and worked with Whitney who was awesome. We really appreciate this crew. They are a class act and did a great job. Jiffy Lube Aiea has a good reputation. I have taken my car in a couple of times and have been pleased with the service. If you need a safety check, make sure you have an appointment. I find that you need to make the appointment at least a week in advance.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!Went to get an oil change. Was told I needed front brakes NOW. Took my car to another auto shop. They told me my breaks were at 75%. And proceeded to tell me I was lied to. I can’t believe jiffy lube would straight out lie to me just to get my money. I will never be going back here. Would give -5 stars if possible. Do not waste your money here. They are crooks and are just trying to get your money.

UnprofessionalManager didnt know what to do when computers go down still except customers and said it would be few minutes to wait and I waited and computers was still down. MANAGER Shouldnt have excepted customers from the start when the computers went down . Then wanted customers credit card and didnt know how much was and no reciept they had no backup system all workers just wanted to get our info and gave us no reciept very Unprofessional service..

They were excellent. I was a walk-in and was greeted almost immediately by staff and they got down to asking me what service I was requesting. I was checked in in about 5 min or less. I was asked about the air filter and also the AC filter needing to be changed. While they said they would ask me if the filter was questionable, I figured the filters were dirty since I was not consulted further. It was busy as there were two cars in front of me, one being serviced and one in the queue. I waited about 75 min. The work is exceptional and the staff professional. For a Friday, I got through the queue rather quickly. The waiting room is small so plan ahead. I chose to stay outside.

$270 for an oil change that included a couple of filters and recommended system flush is a lot. To add insult to injury, they stop cleaning your windows and vacuuming your car. Forgot to add about $15 in the $270 for safety check, vehicle is a 2010 Toyota Prius.

Came for a Safety Inspection and was turned away despite a safety inspector being present. There were no other customers or vehicles being serviced. Told I had to make an appointment because they had to answer potential phone calls 🤦🏽‍♂️ Guess Ill take my money down the road.

I took my car in for a safety check, they asked if I had an appointment, I said no but they took my car anyway and they said I might have to wait awhile before service. Since I didnt have anything to do I said ok, within a half hour they were done. I dont know if I came at the right time but I was surprised how fast they got me in and out.The staff there was very friendly and professional. I will probably take my car there for now on for oil change and services. I highly recommend jiffy lube.

Best place to come to get my oil change. Ed, Chelsea, Sheana,, Marvin, Ronnie, Austin. All the staff s work so hard and fast. They are so friendly and helpful. I dont mind the waiting when it is really busy. Only thing is the waiting area is super hot. They need to get their air-conditioner fix.

Today I came in only to change my husbands oil. Rab took care of me today. He explained everything so clearly as a woman I completely understood what he was talking about. I found out that they fix light bulbs so I had asked Rab if they could replace the front and back bulbs and the oil change of corse. My engine light was on and I asked him if they could take a look at the problem since Im here. In less than 5 min he came back to me with an estimate on why my engine light was on and how much it was going to cost to fix it. WOW I was so amazed at the level of service that I received from him today. He also brought the broken part in to show me how it looked. Again! WOW. Everything was so fast and seamless. He also came to personally tell me that he is going home for the day and another agent was going to follow up with me. Again! WOW. I am definitely coming back here to service my car instead of taking it to Lexus. With todays service experience I would be a fool not to come back. Great job guys

I was having a terrible time and being sent from one location to another trying to get my safety inspection done. These guys really got the job done AND because of the customer service and apparent customer appreciation, earned a permanent customer while I am living on island.

I went in for a oil change because it was due. The staff was friendly and they told me that my vehicle needed extra work due to my vehicle being overdue on maintenance. Total comes out to be $675. Sure I can do that. While waiting in the lobby the staff comes out and tells me I need new ignition coils and they can install theirs. They said it will be $900. I was thinking instead of Paying $675, the new total would be $900 considering ignition coils are about $200 or less. No problem, signed the paper and let them work on the car. After waiting nearly three hours in the lobby, they finished with the car and my new total was $1820. I was confused as to why it was so expensive. Turns out it was $900 on top of the $675 before tax. They charged me $800 for ignition coils that’s 4x the price. I was misled and extremely ripped off. I won’t be returning to jiffy lube in this location again.

I dont recommend this Jiffy Lube! They tightened the oil filter on my 2014 Suburban with a wrench and cracked the filter. This caused all of the oil to leak into the undercarriage of my vehicle and a loss of oil pressure. When my STOP ENGINE NOW light came on I immediately to my vehicle to a trusted mechanic and he caught the problem, cleaning my engine, replacing the oil and oil filter. He said we almost blew our engine, a very costly repair. Jiffy Lube refused to refund our money because we voided warrantywhen we took it to a third party, but no responsible car owner would take a STOP ENGINE NOW situation to Jiffy Lube.

Got my oil change - in and out in under 20 mins. The guy showed me the quote before I even pulled into the garage so I knew how much it was~ He didn’t try to pressure me into getting unwanted services but he told me my options. Overall a great experience~ Will be going there for everything else in the future!

Very efficient and fast, but cost a lot more than I expected.

Despite the long wait time (totally my fault for comng at the busiest time of the day) the service was excellent. Chelsea was able to fit me in for a safety check along with my oil change. Its great to see women working in a workplace usually full of men. Wilford did a great job on the upper bay with the mechanical stuff and vaccuming all the sand out. Nathan (state inspector) was very kind and patient when I called this am to find out why I had failed inspection, even though the answer was right in front of me! The only thing is that my husband says I agreed to services that I didnt need. Those services drove the price up over $200. Overall though, the service has been consistently good at this location.

They used the wrong coolant for a 2010 Corolla. Never go to any of the Jiffy lubes in anywhere you go, especially in mainland.

Shouldn’t have to make an appointment to do a 15-30 safety inspection. Especially if I’m willing to do the oil change as well. Ridiculous!

Pricey compared to what Im used too, but I was able to get in right away without a wait. Friendly staff and they took the time to show me and explain to me possible replacements and repairs, honestly telling me when something could wait until my next service without pressuring me to add additional repairs and services. Other shops in the area told me that they couldnt do an oil change because they were booked out 2 months! Will come back for ease of service and convenient location.

I felt very comfortable bringing my car here i dont know to much about car but Glen did not pressure me in to buying anything he made should i new what was going on at all times walk me over to my car showed me what i needed to replace I did not know about alot of things but he broke it down in a way that i couldnt understand. If anyone is looking for a good trustworthy bradah that will take care of you Glens the man he even came in the waiting room and asked everyone if they was ok and if they wanted water or coffee i trip this guy is on it 100%.

I did a walk-in for an oil change and a vehicle inspection. (Inspections need an appointment and I didnt have one). They were able to get me in and told me it was going to be 45 minutes. Walked over to the McDonalds nearby for breakfast. Two bites into my hash browns I got a call saying my vehicle was ready for pickup. This is my second time coming to this location, highly recommended!

Super expensive but its oil so I guess I get it. Wait times are never less than an hour so be prepared to wait.
