Verizon has always given me great service. And Randall is always a great help. I follow him from the other store he was at - he is that good.Some may think the world revolves around them as a customer. Then there is reality. Randall keeps it real and is always honest. No rainbows and unicorns here. Just sound advice. And in my busy life, that is all I can ask for.
Had a terrible experience at this location, unfriendly and unknowledgeable staff. Not sure why I know more than they do. After waiting for over an hour to be helped left with more questions than answers. Pearl Highlands was a much better experience.
Love my watch but employee was rude. I almost left but really wanted the watch.
They didnt answer phone when I called a few times and my appointment was canceled without notice and at the last minute.
Well. I needed a phone asap. It was 6pm, they close at 7pm. They said I need an appointment. They had 2 other customers left. I told them I would wait. I knew what I wanted. One customer got tired of waiting. 2 sales people. One is the manager & she doesnt know what shes doing. Luckily one customer finished & helped me out. I was done in 20mins. Manager can use more training. Sales had to help her with computer slow system.
Very friendly and knowledgeable employees, prices are acceptable and I love the service can use everywhere

Got a new iPhone for my GF.
They always promptly help you when you enter the store. If its busy, they sign people in so that they can get to you once someone is available. The employees are usually nice; one time I encountered an exceptionally bored looking employee but I just chalk it up to being a slow day. Overall, good place.
Went to pick up an ordered phone. Person was not very smart took a while to find need up not picking up anything and wasted my time. She could have offered to go the extra mile by at least offering to do the order again just told me its not ready really bad service and to think i have been with Verizon since 2004. Service getting worst. This was at pearlridge location.
Horrible customer service, they do not care about customer loyalty. Take your business elsewhere - somewhere where they care how long youve been a customer!
Watched someone get serviced before me, when they took my name and info, and theres like 2 representatives just standing.

It may not offer all kinds of add-ons like TMobile but atleast customer service wont lie to you just to get you off the phone which you have to call again. All the fine prints are mentioned a few times just to make sure you are getting what you sign up for or pay for.
The help at this location were not very helpful. I prefer other locations, but I was at Pearlridge Mall and decided to stop in. They need some lesdons in courtesy.

Randall Takata was great help. Knowledgeable and with great sense of humor.
Veronica, was great, she helped choose a protective cover for my phone. She was aware of everthing happening around her, keeping track of customers, in the order of precedence and tasking employees to attend to them. Bottom line, I did have to wait long at all to purchase something simple, the store had someone free to attend to a minor purchase.
Went to Verizon on 10-20 and saw the note 9 had a promotion sign says $200 off so was told by the manager that the sale is til the end of the month so I went back on 10-21 and notice the promotion sign was gone and and told by the same manager Verizon must have pulled the promotion last night. Guess that shows poor training on that store at Pearlridge and that includes the General manager also since he over sees that store, I guess the regional Director should check into this. Bottom line is that I wasted my time today and was told by the Manager, Sorry thats how it is with VERIZON.

My review is on the phone service. I didnt want to drive out there without knowing if they had a certain phone in sock. Just a simple question with a yes/no answer. First off all I had to call five times just to get through to someone answering me which to me is ridiculous. I work in retail and no matter what youre doing you should always answer the phone. And once I got through the associate answers the phone says please hold nothing else and puts me on hold! Then after being on hold for three minutes a male associate picks up the phone talking to someone else and hangs up on me! I dont know who runs this store but they need to teach some proper phone etiquette because that stuff does not go down in my store!
