Love, love, love the awesome experience we had with Darien I hope Im getting his name right what an incredible human beingIt was a blessing walking in to this store and meeting him.

Our son received 2 t-shirts as a Christmas gift but way too short. And because of COVID, it didn’t get to us till after new year. It has its original tag but no receipt. When we went to the store to have it exchange for bigger size, we were told we can’t . Their Christmas exchange policy is only till January 10, we were 2 weeks late. The cashier kept insisting their policy is on the receipt, even after telling him many times that it was a gift and we don’t have a receipt. We only wanted to exchange to a bigger size and not returning the item. You would think they would be gracious since it’s a Christian store.

Awesome customer service, but small kine felt like I was being followed... Super cute clothes, but I think should be more reasonable prices. A lot of selection! First time in Pealridge store, a lot more options than Windward, which is great!
