Very friendly customer service here and a good selection of brands as well as selection of products from each brand. Lots of parking out side both covered and none covered. Lots of staff to help with what you need and help picking the right colors. They also do free make-up on you, you can schedule that. Very clean looking store.

It was my first time being at Sephora since the pandemic. I normally would’ve just ordered online but I needed it quickly so I figured I’d do a BOPS and Pearlridge Sephora was the only one that had all my stuff in stock. I went down there today and it was so EASY and FAST. I normally don’t do reviews on places and stuff but they were really efficient and prepared, and the associate at the door was really friendly and helpful. Although they’re farther away from me, I might prefer their store more.

I called ahead to put something on hold and they were very nice and helpful When I came to pick it up. Moved me along quickly so I got what I needed. Not super busy either which was a plus.

I was happy that this Sephora store was a full store and not inside a mall store, like inside of Macys. Service was great and I was able to find the blush and brow powder I was looking for. The wait at the register was very quick too.

Nice place to take the wifey or girlfriend for the make up needs. A lot of beauty supply at a pretty nice price. Customer service is not bad either.

Its overwhelming. So many to choose from. If you feel inadequate from makeup and skincare, then this is not a place you should go alone. Take someone who is knowledgeable in this field or has experience. Know what you are looking for or need. Otherwise you will be lost or broke. If you are new start with drugstore and then work your way to Sephora.

They must have done a complete 180 according to some reviews because everyone their was very friendly and willing to help me out. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, I was asked by a few employees if I needed help finding anything and they seem excited to teach me about products that could help my every day routine. I had a very pleasant experience with this Sephora today! Thank you!

Three stars for the kind cashier & helpful security man. The security guy was the most helpful, he was a father of 3 girls & was happy to help a mom out. The floor woman, in red & black, who should be assisting customers acted like I wasn’t important & seemed to not care about helping me. The store wasn’t packed. I hate shopping at stores where you’re treated lowly. She could have at least said hi & referred me to someone else. I came in to buy 2 products, I left buying 1 product & the wrong formula of it. Bad customer service pays off.

We took our fourteen year old granddaughter in to Sephora on December 6th at the Pearlridge location. She’s a bit shy and I definitely didn’t know how to get her started with age appropriate foundation and natural products to make her feel good and confident about makeup applications. All of the specialists on the floor are knowledgeable and friendly. Shay immediately presented himself, listened to what we were looking into and guided us to the best recommendations. He also communicated directly with my granddaughter. He not only applied the makeup, he guided her through doing the some of it herself. He definitely made it fun. Thanks Sephora. You’re definitely a place we shop at whenever we’re in Honolulu.

If you don’t have pounds of make on when you go into this Sephora, be prepared to be treated like a homeless crack head.They are so rude they don’t say anything to you unless you have make up on they don’t help they don’t speak. They’re rude! This is the rudest Sephora ever! They speak to you disrespectfully and treat you like you know nothing about the products even when you use them regularly, and you tell them so! It’s crazy! Ala Moana is so much better and the men and women both at Aiea need to learn to BE NICE!! This isn’t New York! This is Hawai’i, you’re not high-end and not so busy to be treating people badly!!

Theyre customer service was alright, I was going to compare them to the ala moana store but honestly I cant. I was asked if I needed help and did get the help but the workers just didnt seem like they wanted to be there. They all seemed kind of stuck up. Maybe they were all busy or something but the store was dead. 😕 The Ala Moana store busy or slow has great customer service.

Every time I come in here (which has only been a handful of times) I have an issue. Whether it be purchase or return I always get dirty looks and judgmental and rude responses. I just started buying makeup and they haven’t made a believer out of me - it’s unfortunate this is the closest one.

There store is huge and has a lot of selections I asked them if they had Jeffery star products they said no but they were nice about it
