I love this furniture store. Jen was very helpful and Collette greeted me right away when I walked in. The service is always great here. Lots of nice furniture to choose from and they have a large selection of sale items in the back. The guys who help you load the car are also nice and helpful. I will keep coming back here!!

I have got about 95% of my furniture from Red Knot and I love it!! They have great furniture and they have great prices. Also their customer service is the best. Soon as you walk in there is someone there to greet you and help you with whatever you need. I highly recommend this place if youre looking for some great quality furniture pieces.

Absolutely amazing customer service.We worked with Amber and she was wonderful.She went above and beyond to make sure we were getting the best value.Anddd she sent us a nice little hand written note thanking us for our purchase and an update on our order.The prices are also the best we have seen anywhere on island and even mainland.10/10

Damien Poncé was superb! From our first meeting, he was beyond accommodating, knowledgeable, and sincerely helpful with suggestions to refurnish three rooms in my home. He kept in touch with me and I arranged to come back several times. I ended up first buying mattresses for my master bedroom, which he did the brunt of the legwork for before he handed me off to that department. This visit, he once again walked around with me endlessly to find pieces for my living room and guest bedroom. I left most satisfied and happy with my purchases and warranty. Will be coming back for future needs for sure!

From the moment I walked into Red Knot, I was in awe of the unique and modern furniture and decor. It was hard to choose a style because there were so many amazing options but I opted for a classical modern glass desk and bookcase to match my modern industrial beach condos vibe. It’s easy to clean and just so minimal. The sales associate, Jason, was extremely helpful and professional from every aspect of helping! I’ve bwwn back since our first visit and purchased more furniture for my spa, including a black oak side table. I’ll be back this month to purchase more furniture, I’m definitely a fan. Amazing service, amazing products!

Walked into the store thinking no one would help me (which sometimes happens). I was greeted by a nice young man, Jake, who went out of his way to show me everything I needed to see. He was friendly, professional and super helpful.
