Integrated Business Solutions has billed me for a Maintenance Contract that I never signed up for! This is to pressure me to lease a new Postage Meter. The only way Integrated can justify the change is that the new lease would be cheaper than my old lease including this bogus 3 year $28.37 a month Maintenance Agreement. Of course, it is more than my current lease. I talked with sales person Scott Lanier, he said that they never reverse Maintenance charges no matter what. This is a high pressure deceptive sales practice! I have a complaint filed with BBB. Please think twice about doing business with an unethical company.
