Facility is great! Very friendly and accommodating staff whenever I need help.

I greatly appreciate Sean and Steves help in getting the right lockers. They were and are professional and friendly especially during the pandemic. I can easily contact them when I have questions or need assistance. I was provided a refresher step-by-step since my last rental was years ago. The building accommodations like condition of the lockers and access hours are fine for me!

We were most impressed with the manager, Sean. He displayed a high degree of professionalism, was very personable, cordial and helpful, and assisted us as much as he was able with our requests. Kudos to Sean and Florida.The facility was clean and problems reported with equipment were acknowledged and responded to well.The only downside to our experience was that no consideration was given on pricing for long-term customers. In other facilities we used in the past, we were offered discounts based on the length of our rental.

Sean helped set me up with storage unit; it was fast and easy. Sean explained everything clearly so as I would be able to understand. Excellent service, easy set up & convenience. What more could you ask!

We moved from California to Hawaii back in September 2019 and this was the storage of our choice. The property was clean, well lit and the storage unit was perfect for our items. Sean was friendly and always willing to help. We will definitely refer our family and friends and will use them again should the need arises.

I was very impressed at the facility. Access was good and it looked secure. Sean was very professional and knowledgeable. He even pointed out alternatives and other options to make everything clear and easy. It was obvious that he knew his work and had a lot of experience.

Great customer service from one of their employee. Sean answered all my questions gave a complete tour of the place and even helped me compare prices to other storage locations in the area. This man went the extra mile. The night I was moving my boxes into storage this man even showed up with a cart so i can move multiple boxes in one trip.

I have been a customer for several years at this location. A few days ago I went to downsize my unit. Hannah helped me find a smaller unit that was more suitable for my needs. She was on the spot available and super helpful with the move even though she had other customers and appointments. I am happy with the unit I have now. Hannah was amazing!

Friendly staff, Char called me and was able to come in without any problems. I was able to see the unit I wanted in a timely manner and seal the deal with a good price. Property has two large elevators on both ends of the building, adequate parking space (enough room for your personal vehicle and for moving trucks to pass through). I would recommend this place for your storage needs.

It has been 1yr 9 months that we have had a storage unit due to a new build home.I met Nancy and a firecracker she is. Tried to adjust the rate but discovered what it was, was better than moving in 1st time. At least she made an effort to do something. Too pricey for my liking.

The best thing about Public Storage in Aiea is the customer service. The location works for us, the facility is adequate, the customer service is awesome. When we arrived to store our belongings, Hannah helped us with the paperwork, she showed us how to enter our code to access the facility, how to work their lock and made suggestions about good ways to store our belongings. She is friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. She sure knows her job and does it well.

Service was super dope. The manager was working when i arrived and was super chill. We just had a fantastic time talking while getting the paperwork done. The only problem is that the gate is only open from 6 am to 9 pm. Other than that this place is chill.

Thiefs! This place will steal your last months rent. The auto payment ($350) came out 2 days ago paying for the next 30 days. My friend has been renting the place for the last 2 plus years. Moved out today, but they will not refund or prorate anything back. They also changed the code today so he couldnt even use that space for the next 28 days if he wanted to.Nice way to treat your customers...
