I recommend getting the parking remarked. Some ppl can hardly see the lines when parking especially at night. Nikki and Tommy D were excellent with helping me find the right item I was looking for expeditiously. Thank you so much. Store was well kept and stocked.

Very best experience! I needed a headlight bulb for my VW Jetta. Vanessa figured out the kind of bulb and even installed it for me. She was so kind and so helpful! I recommend AutoZone in Aiken to everyone!!

They had what I needed and the lady working there was so helpful to me. She went out of her way to check on me even though they were very busy.

I was very displeased! When in there for a cabin air filter and some windshield cleaner. Stood in line for 45 minutes. Two people working. one man was right and into his shift and he clocked out even though there were seven of us in line. Then what I assume was a manager came in ask if it was just the two of them. They replied yes. She then proceeded to walk back out of the store and leave. All while seeing seven of us in line waiting. Will not go back to this location.

Fixed me right up

This place used to be a nice store, I know because I helped start it. Only 2 people in this store have been helpful in the past month in my recent shopping here. One guy cant even test a battery much less order a part thus making others do all the work taking away from productivity.

The store was understaffed and the girl that was trying to help everyone while her co-worker was outside did not have a password so she was unable to check anyone out. I ended up leaving my items on the counter and walking out. Its the worst customer service I have ever experienced at an AutoZone anywhere.

Very good the associate who helped us with few problems and even helped us fix something without even buying it or anything just what was in broken state professional and stuck around till everything was done with and even minor things not regarding problem but needed addressing and i give him respect for the way he would explain the simple ways to do proper part quick fixes that worked and no cost for the fixes

I had a two-year-old battery and it was going bad. They replaced at no cost, it was still under warranty. No hassles, friendly staff.

Had a part fail under warranty and break a few other things when it did. Management made it right by replacing the same part and replacing the other things that were broken. Happy to call this AutoZone my parts place.
