Bought tires from them a month or so ago and am pleased with them so far.The staff inside was very helpful. I had a coupon to buy online and they didnt have an issue helping me order online and not in the store. Then I scheduled install in the store and it was super easy to arrive and get the tires installed. There was a minor issue with tire pressure and they fixed it free of charge.

Always fair prices and they price match pretty well when its a bigger job. Even when unexpected problems arise (older and newer models) they always take care of me. Spent about 7k with them so far for my cars over a few years so im putting money where my review is. 👍

I have always been happy with the service here. I have been coming here sense 2014. I had amazing service then stood by there product and service agreement. It has been a while Senate I have been here and the service and products have not changed. Completely happy. I even made a mistake with ordering tires and theh fixed quickly. Thank you. I have been to other good years this is my favorite but the other stores hold up the products as well.

Friendly and reasonably priced. Ive gotten tires here for years and have always been very pleased. I also recently started getting oil changes here instead of the dealership, because they are much more efficient and faster than the Honda dealership Ive been going to. They are slightly more expensive than the dealership, but its worth it to save the time.

I stopped in on a Sunday for tires. They took my car in at the scheduled time and completed the work fast. The counter guys were extra friendly. I used to be a Firestone Complete Auto Care guy but I have now officially made the switch to Goodyear. Thanks for the great service guys! I’ll be back!

By recommendation I took my car to another company in town for an alignment. When I got there they told me they couldnt do an alignment because I needed a wheel bearing, and they couldnt do that until the next week. Since the car wouldnt be in town next week I drove around looking to see if someone could help. That is when I found Goodyear and had amazing customer service. I left my car for the day since I had work and received a call letting me know they could not find a reason to replace the bearing. I walked out paying for exactly what my car needed and nothing more. Thank goodness there are still honest people out there. I will be back and will recommend them to everyone I know.

Mike, the front counter sales person was fantastic. While in town from out of state, I ran into some tire issues and Mike gave me a great price on 4 new tires. Deonte, the installer, was outstanding and even took time to show my son what he was doing while we were watching from the parking lot, outside, for a couple minutes. I didnt need this expense on my trip, but the service and the pricing was great!!

Great customer service day I entered to get car repaired. Its fixed no issue. They are busy tho just fair warning of you use them. Best to get there bright and early when they first open at 7 otherwise join the line but other than that they fixed my car and great customer service

The employees at this Goodyear are polite, efficient, and friendly. A lot of work had to done on a 1998 Chevy S10 and a 2003 Monte Carlo. The work took several days, but my family and I were very pleased with the outcome of both vehicles.

Very poor. When buying 4 tires they did an alignment without asking and charged me . 20K later when it chewed up the front tires because the alignment was out they said the problem was the tires werent rotated. Please!

Ive been taking my vehicles to Bill (manager) at goodyear for well over 15 years. I cannot convey enough, how critically important it is to have a high quality, TRUSTWORTHY place to take your vehicle for maintenence. My entire family brings their vehicles here and we have never been disappointed.

Good for tires. Not sure about their other work I already have a mechanic that handles my big work, but for tires and small maintenance good year is convenient and quick.

We took our vehicle in Saturday because of a coolant leak. It took about 3 hours for them to get to our vehicle to run diagnostics, then said itd be another 3 hours wait to fix because the car part was in Augusta.Unfortunately, whoever was tasked with getting the car part grabbed the wrong one - making us wait those hours a waste of time and that wed have to leave the vehicle there all Sunday and pick it up Monday. It was infuriating because we had weekend plans, but we didnt take it out on the staff as it wasnt their fault.However, they made it right by us by giving a big discount for their mistake! Well be returning customers!

The wait was a bit longer than expected but the prices were competitive.

This place is a bit slow. Everytime I walk in (maybe its just the time of day) it takes a minute to even talk to someone behind the counter. I only stop in now to get tire the pressure checked when Im on that side of the street and sometimes that can also take a little longer than I would like.

Sorry service. Is there any management at all? I made an appointment on line to have oil changed and tires rotated (free with online appointment). I dropped of the car on time and came back 2 hrs later and still had to wait 20 min. Thats when they told me that they didnt rotate the tires. What? Why? I asked. They said it was due to uneven wear but couldnt explain the details. My tires didnt have any visible wear. I have them rotated to prevent uneven wear. Whats wrong with them? My conclusions: 1-they cant manage a schedule, 2- they cant be trusted. It leave me wondering if they even changed the oil.

There as good as any other major tire/maintenance shop. Only reason I withheld a star is because they are slow to call when the work is done.
