We got vinyl flooring for the bonus room and replaced the carpet on the stairs with engineered wood. Vinyl floor job OK. Job on the stairs not professional looking - DIY quality at best. Installer wasnt careful with details and rushed to finish, lowering the quality of the installation and leaving visible flaws. Disappointed.

We needed someone to actually come to look at our flooring to give us recommendations. We were led to a contact through the store who asked many questions, but being new homeowners we couldnt answer and he would not come out until WE had the answers. An insult to us in trying to fix former owners issues. We like to go local but seems many contractors dont want to work.

Donna and her staff were exceptional. She clearly explained the differences in carpet and padding options when making selections. Donna as well as her Install staff were on time, neat and efficient throughout the process. Donna’s follow up post installation was timely and appreciated. I Would not hesitate going back or recommending Donna and he team to anyone looking for floor covering needs.

We were so happy with our products of wood flooring and carpet.But let me tell you what we’re most excited about the fact that we met real people. The kindness and the service that we received from Donna and Dallas is a 10 star if I could give them that. The service folks that came out to do all of our flooring were phenomenal as well. I don’t know what our next project will be but I do know that I’ll be going back to Aiken flooring to have it done

Aiken Flooring is above a 5 star rating. They have custom made 3 carpets for us in the past and we couldn’t be more happy with the results. They treated us like family and we would never go anywhere else for our carpet or flooring needs. 👍

Saw sign on entrance advising of mask protocol, which I was glad to see. Upon entering, a customer and a salesperson were inside and neither had on a mask. When I inquired about the safety measures the salesman said we could stand 6 feet apart and be ok. He really didn’t look much like an expert scientist in the field of infectious diseases so I chose to not do business with such a cavalier and uncaring attitude. I can certainly find tile for my new home some where more alert to the our current world situation of a deadly disease, spread by ignorance. I wanted to shop local to support my community but this action convinces me otherwise.

We used Aiken Flooring to replace our carpet. Donna and Dallas were both very knowledgeable and helpful. There was an equipment problem the day of the install. Donna was great about keeping us informed about the solution. They worked through the problem and successfully completed the project. The installers, James and his assistant were extremely hard working, courteous and professional. We would certainly use Aiken Flooring again. Thanks for a job well done.

My experience with Donna and Dallas was excellent. Donna is on time and a complete sweetheart. I am extremely happy with the materials I purchased from Aiken Flooring and the service I received from them while choosing what materials to purchase. The downfall to that is, it doesnt matter how nice the material is or how much you pay for it if the contractor does a poor job with the installation. This isnt the doings of Aiken Flooring directly, but it is who they have as their installers. Aiken Flooring is definitely a 5+ star experience with their services as a flooring provider, but who they have for installers are definitely less than a 3 by far. Great quality in materials and wonderful people to deal with. Just a poor choice of contractors for installation.

Had Aiken flooring redo the floors in my house after we had water damage. They were patient and worked with me to get exactly what I wanted. They take pride in their business and it shows. I felt like family after it was all said and done. I’m extremely happy and will always go back to them for flooring needs.

Had carpet installed over the weekend for my upstairs. Working with Aiken Flooring was such a relief to be surrounded with complete professionals and high quality work. From their patience and help picking out the right kind of carpet, to the measuring and estimate, to the actual install day-it was all stress free and a very positive experience-I knew I was in very good hands. Carpet installers came right when they said they would, worked so hard, were willing to complete and extra project I asked them to do on short notice, were great to talk to, gave me a beautiful floor upstairs, and left with the upstairs 100% clean and ready to move furniture up. Could not be happier. Plan to ask them back to do my wood staircase, next on the list! Wouldn’t want or trust anyone else to do a better job than Aiken Flooring!

Definitely not please with these guys, job half done had to call installer back to finnish, still left without doing some things that were supposed to be done. The vinyl that he did not use, which i paid for and was a great deal of vinyl is in the installers truck, been calling for 3 weeks so he could bring my vinyl, or they could refund my money, which he never should have left with in the first place. Aiken flooring says they arent responsible even though aiken flooring is who I paid for the vinyl. They either need a new installer or need to take responsibility for their help. I definitely shouldnt have to go through this just give me my money back or produce my vinyl, which I already think has been used somewhere else.

James Dettayes came and repaired our flooring..would highly recommend him. He went above and beyond to fix the problem..Thank you Donna and Dallas for following up..

Extremely unhappy with the time it took to complete the job, a contractor that worked on the job, and the final product. Close to $4000 and the room looks horrible. Be cautious and available to monitor the job.
