We needed new cables run through the wall and our entertainment components hooked up. Thomas had everything done so quickly and was such a friendly and professional man. I am very happy with their service and highly recommend for home entertainment installations!

Very happy with my first experience at X-Treme Audio. Worked within my budget. Bought the JL Audio Stealthbox, amp and the necessity items for the install at the Aiken location and had them installed at my local Augusta location. Great customer service and fair pricing! Install included the wiring for the second amp when I get around to the second half of the system!

I dont understand why that I couldnt get my call install when they didnt have any customers stating that I had to come in on a Saturday I will give them a 5-star because of the information that he gave me about installing my radio when everything in the car was already hooked up all they had to do is just disconnect the old amp and putting a new and their prices are kind of extremely high

These guys do excellent work and fair with labor. Nice place, location, and waiting room. Needed a backup camera replaced in a Honda accord ex-l. Walked over to Book-In-Million and received a text my vehicle was ready. Took about 30 minutes which Superior Honda of Orangeburg and Aiken Honda both wanted and arm to repair, but these guys were very reasonable. Purchase the vehicle from Superior Honda and they never said that the camera was not working. Thank God for honest folks.Now Im have a backup camera installed in my avalanche this Saturday.

Worst experience ever. Went in to get a radio hooked up and told it would be next week when absolutely no body or vehicles were there and was told they had higher priorities then to tend to a customer that had cash in hand ready to pay for a basic radio hook up. WOW do these guys really know there stuff! Very professional and warm at the same time. Installed an amp, custom made base speaker in trunk and base knob at drivers side right knee. Very impressed as they listened to what I wanted and gave it to me. Ive had a few things go on that were something to me and to them, they were fixed in 20 seconds. I highly suggest X-Treme Audio in every way, plus they give a military discount!

Really arrogant and extremely high price. They wanted 1500 bucks for 2 10s an amp and box.... Thats just to buy it without them installing it. More than double the price anywhere else. Ive heard good things about them but Ill never go back or recommend them

Tried to hook up a stereo I bought somewhere else, could not get it to work took pictures in there of it and asked them about it, they showed me exactly what was wrong. Very impressed.Also had issues with my back up camera and the showed me exactly what I did wrong hooking it up and got it working righ .

Mr Jon Lee, the man with the plan. He works Mondays in the Augusta store, otherwise he works in the Aiken store. So I brought in my Jeep to do the big 3 upgrade, and the skill and professionalism was just amazing. SUPER clean install for a low price, and runs like a champ. Great prices in the store, competitive with online retailers with top brands such as Sundown, JL, Memphis, also your more common fare such as Kicker etc. Thanks so much Mr Lee, and once my box is done I will be in for the rest of the install. When I decided to put a system in my car, I stopped around at several areas in the CSRA, telling them my intention (I want people to be able to feel me coming a block away) and my budget (around three grand). Most places tried to point me at Pyle and low-end Kicker, telling me you dont need to spend that much money and pricing me out around 1-1.5k.I walked into X-treme and told Jon what I wanted, and he said yep, we do that here.Ive spent the last five years with that system in my car and never once heard it clip or had any issues whatsoever with it. I dont think Ive ever made a purchase I am as satisfied with as what I got from this shop.

Went up to xtreme audio earlier today with a boss touchscreen radio for my mustang gt. Install was fast and well worth the installation fee. Looks good and improved the quality sound. Swapping out my stock deck added alot more bass.

I didnt get the fellows name, but he was very helpful and gave me all the information I needed. The product that I was looking for was in stock and the guy led me right to it. Furthermore the price MATCHED online competitors, and the item was of SUPERIOR quality than its online counterparts. Most of us try to snag an online deal to avoid the mark-ups that most brick-and-mortar stores require to generate profit. But X-Treme Audios prices were highly competitive. So, do your part for the local economy and buy at least the small trinkets (Wires, Connectors, Capacitors) From XA. At least you wont have to wait for shipping. Thanks XA!
