Ive been in the Aiken area for the last two years as an aspiring young professional, and Aiken Saddlery has been a genuine godsend in helping to keep my farm running smoothly and my horses looking their absolute best. Their extensive selection of grain and supplement options makes stocking my feed room incredibly easy and convenient, as I can get everything I need in one stop. Their drive-through system is perfect for us insanely busy horse people, as I can trust the staff to stock my truck or trailer correctly while I take the extra time to work through phone calls with clients, manage my online bank accounts, and attend to any other little things I normally dont have time for during the time. The staff are also incredibly helpful and friendly, and I feel like a true member of the team every time I enter the store. 12/10 would highly recommend, regardless of if you live in the area full-time or are just stopping by for a weekend visit.

Intoxicating inventory. I try to only buy feed and stay away from all the goodies but gave in and bought boots. Very helpful staff. Always enjoy stopping in!

They are fantastic and knowledgeable about their feed/ hay and other tack, grooming, supplements, etc items in the store. Always so convenient to be able to run in and out on way to or from the barn. Dont have to go out of my way to get last minute necessities. Staff is always helpful to make sure I get what I need and provides great recommendations to save me money or provide best for my horse.

The staff and selection at Aiken Saddlery is second to none. The staff goes above and beyond to help customers with selecting the best product for their horse and also for the rider. The gifts are excellent and the quality is beyond amazing. I shop local for a reason. Keep up the excellent work!

Went yesterday and got a bale of coastal hay inthe drive through got home and it was horrible! Molded! And smelled horrible!

My experience of this place over the last three years of moving here has been awful. I dont write bad reviews very often but this place is terrible for many reasons. Their staff are rude, their prices are higher than other places in town, and oh their delivery of hay, shavings and feed? Make sure that you count every single item in your order as its being delivered and dont ever blindly trust that theyll get it right. They have short changed us multiple times on hay delivery - so many times that it almost seems like its deliberate. Ill let you make up your own mind about that (check out the many people on Facebook who have had the same thing happen to them ). The owners of this company do not care about their customers - money comes first. We ALWAYS try and support small local businesses but Aiken Saddlery unfortunately is the exception. Go elsewhere.

Rude. They require masks, which I wore. They were rude in trying to force me to wear the mask over my nose, which I refused. I enjoy breathing oxygen, not carbon dioxide and refuse to be made to do such, especially since upon entering the store the same people who were enforcing the masks also werent properly wearing them as well as other staff until we walked in. So they had us escorted out.If Im coming into a store with my daughter to spend $1k or more for a saddle I expect to be treated with respect and decency. Wearing a piece a paper over your nose isnt stopping anything from being spread. These people are rude, snobby and uneducated about how a virus is actually spread. Needless to say I am boycotting places that require masks that force people to breathe an actually poisonous substance like CO2.

Good service and fair price

Really cute store and they carry every horse grain imaginable. Feed is always fresh and unlike Tractor Supply they load your vehicle which is super handy.

The people in the store are rude, arrogant and condescending. they will tell you anything to make a sale and then they wont stand behind what they tell you! if you are not in their click then you are beneath them and are just a way for them to generate a sale The only redeeming aspect of this place are the women and men in the warehouse and yard, they work hard to get your order loaded and on your way.

Must go for your equine and farm needs.

Excellent people to deal with.

There were 5 people up front and only 1 person offered to help me find what I was looking for. When I explained it, she was rude and treated me like I was ignorant. They have so much stuff jumbled in such a small space that its impossible to look at all of it. The nicest part of that entire place is where they put the feed in your vehicle. They were so nice and helpful in the back, which is much more than I can say for the people in the front!

Outstanding service, solid selection of products. I wont buy my feeds or tack from anyone else after seeing the passion the staff have for providing solid customer service and quality products.

Has just about everything you might ever need. The sales are great ways to stretch your money easily.

Tried to go on my lunch hour. I stood there for at least 5 minutes.Although there were three people behind the counter I was ignored. One employee was helping customers. The other two were not. One was busy talking about her hair. I think they could have at least acknowledged me and told me someone would be with me in a moment. We used to get our hay there but had to stop using them because of the consistently poor quality. Guess I wont bother going there for anything anymore since I dont rate.
