Ive had my guitar serviced here a couple times. The service is always good, friendly, quick, and reasonably priced-- rare to find all those at once! They have a decent selection of new and used equipment too.

The only guitar store in Aiken and you can find anything for your musical needs there. I bought this guitar there yesterday for $135 and it is one of the best sounding guitar I ever owned.

This place is the best place to go buy a musical instrument, especially acoustic and electric guitars, amplifiers, get new strings put on your own guitar, get your guitar fixed, etc. Also Mr. Jerry is the best guitar teacher ever.

Too bad Vintage Music had to move- but I guess the floor plan was a bit cramped. Its a little farther away now,but it is a much more comfortable space. Vintage Music has the friendliest atmosphere, & the most knowledge & helpful staff of any store i frequent.

Time I go to Vintage music store it is a great experience there is usually a large group of local musicians playing and I always get the best deals much better than the big box stores and much better quality service I would go there every time I only hope they remain open for 20 or 30 years so I can introduce my grandkids to them

Went there to buy some strings. No pressure. I priced some of the guitars, they didnt seem that bad, and you can always haggle in shops like that. Not sure what the other reviewers are having problems with.

Whomever wrote that rebuttal of Shelby review really hit the nail on its head. My experience with vintage music was nothing short of excellent. The first time I stepped through the door, I was greeted by a nice gentleman whom later I found out to be the owner. He asked me questions about what specifically I was looking for and proceeded to show and play every acoustic guitar that fit my style and budget. He must have spent the good portion of an hour pairing me to exactly what I wanted. Not only did he keep within my budget, but then threw in some extras that I would need to make my experience fantastic. There is much to be said about shopping in a brick and mortar store. Circulating funds in the community is just one part I believe in. This gentleman was not there to become rich. He owns this shop because its his passion, its where he was meant to be. This attitude shines, And thats the feeling I got being there.A week or so later, I returned with my girlfriend to purchase an electric guitar and amplifier. The same gentleman showed her each guitar within or around her budget and explained the difference between each one. Then he paired that guitar with the perfect amplifier to match her style. We both left very happy and under budget.I will return again today to view his inventory of electric guitars for myself. I am confident that I will be treated in the same manner I have been the last few times. I would strongly recommend this store to anyone looking for an instrument. Did I mention he gave my girlfriend a complimentary guitar lesson? On his day off, none the less. Thats customer service at its best. Five stars from me.
