I had called Professional Carpet Installation inquiring about a carpet restretch in my home. Mary that I had spoken with said they do provide that service. I spoke with her late afternoon and received a reply from the business owner the next morning. He came to my home, evaluated the job, provided me with an estimate, and had a 2 man work crew in my home same day. The installers were polite, professional and prompt. They did what was required and cleaned up upon completion. Very satisfied with this flooring business and the reply time per my phone call. Highly recommend this business for anyones flooring needs. Thanks Chris Brown! In the future, I will call PCI first-hand for all my flooring needs and refer you to family and friends.

Professional is exactly what they are. I completed a room addition less than a week prior to Thanksgiving. Not realizing the typical lead time for carpet installation, I quickly found out getting carpet prior to the holidays was not likely. Chris went out of his way to make sure I had the carpet installed in time for Thanksgiving and that we were satisfied with the experience. As a do-it yourselfer, I am very particular about the contractors I choose. I will not hesitate to contact Professional Carpet in the future and recommend them to family and friends. Its a big relief to have a contractor you know you can trust and count on!
