Wouldnt take a mower anywhere else to get serviced

I sent my mower in for repair and and came to find out the cost of the repair would be more than the mower is worth. (No big deal) upon pick up of the mower for 40$ nearly 3 weeks later. I’ve found that my mower has been “parted out”. parts that I paid for are no longer on the mower. The mower is no longer in working condition due to the “missing” parts

I would stay away from this Business. Very unorganized!

Took a snow blower there for repairs. Repaired in less than 24 hours. Very reasonable charges. After getting home the snow blower would not start (turned out to be my fault because I had it laying horizontally in the back of my SUV) but when I took it back, they stopped what they were doing, took it right in, troubleshot and got it running again, even helped me load it back in my vehicle. All in all a great experience.

Good honest people

Our company has been taking our commercial equipment here for years to be repaired. We are very pleased with the service we receive, the owner is very knowledgeable and always willing to help us out. Also its the best place in town to purchase Echo equipment.

Dropped off a neighbors mower that evidently was seized up due to lack of oil. They got it running again. Was up front about possible engine damage, but everything is working just fine. The fee was more than reasonable. Thanks for the great service.
