Great customer service as I asked for information an got a quick response.

I was looking for a new car battery and being a young man whos built small its always an annoying experience going to AutoZone. Today was a huge exception. A gentleman by the name of Chris was the person who assisted me in purchasing a new battery and went as far as to help me by swapping the batteries. He took his time, was kind, and professional. A great experience.

Horrible. Called and asked what f they had a part in stock. They said yes and would hold it for me for a an hr. I got there (15 miles from my house) and they said they didn’t even have it in stock!
