Been shopping here for years. Love everything about this location. Customer service, game selection, friendly, knowledgeable employees that go above and beyond to serve customers’ needs. This is my GameStop location.

Great variety, tips on games available, not all personnel have all game info, they can find nearest store with game available.

The interior is really pretty, you can always get a good deal on games, and the staff is super friendly and helpful

Worst experience ever, the people that were working are horrible I never expected for them to laugh at my husband who is a disabled Veteran, that is so disrespectful and they should be ashamed. People like that should not be working at a place like this.

The workers their were helpful and real quick to get us what we needed, a real in-n-out experience which is perfect for shopping. I also recommend this place for if youre buying something that you know is really selling fast, I got myself a new pro controller for my switch when the previous gamestops i went to didnt have Any. All in all I would come here again if I was in a pickle

So after purchasing a warranty for my controller mind you I normally dont get warranty, but what the heck lets give it a go. I go to get my controller replaced due to drifting to the left.They can not find my warranty purchase, then they have the audacity to tell me well you can sell it to us and purchase another controller. So not only did you not uphold your warranty deal. You expect to rip me off more, no thank you....

Decent selection. Really friendly, knowledgeable staff. Theyll help you find whatever you need. 1 perk, its usually not picked over like a lot of stores.

I don’t shop here much but when I get a chance I do stop by. Will definitely be stopping my often now that I was told Mando from Weslaco is leading the charge here. He is one of the best employees GameStop has. We miss you in Weslaco Mondo!!

As a kid I’ve always loved GameStop. I purchased everything I ever needed from there. Technology is refacing the earth and well nowadays people can buy the same games and accessories online or digitally. Doesn’t mean I don’t ever walk into a GameStop anymore, it’s just not so often. GameStop to the moon tho!!!!!

To be honest I kinda felt discriminated I just got out from work Im a disel mechanic and a former Marine, Im dirty and I couldnt take a shower because they were gonna close because I always get late and I cant buy the game that i want I dont buy it pnlome because I like it on a disk, but now that I got out a little bit early from work I wanted to buy the game, but they just saw me and i think they thought i was a homeless guy because i was dirty from my shirt and my kinda some grease on my face, yet they receive me like I didnt have any business to be there. So I just left.

One guy was really rude treated me like Im a kid & Im 18 Im an adult an adult who couldnt even buy himself a damn M-rated game I never thought Id have the worst time in one of my long time favorite stores. Please work on customer service & treating 18yr old like the adults they are.

I love this store, i wont go to any other one. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The atmosphere is always uplifting and welcoming.

The staff at this location go above and beyond to help their customers. Im a mom of 2 gamers and dont know much about gaming other that the the original NES. The people have helped me out numerous times with the problems my boys have with games and activation codes. The are true gamers and can answer any questions that I have. Kuddos to them for helping me and my boys out. Oh and they dont have a bad attitude when helping me out. They actually take the time to help me out. Again the customer service at this location is superb. Thank you Game Stop Alamo for the great attitudes and customer service you give your customers

Good customer service and the workers were very knowledgeable on video game questions. But this location for some reason has a funky smell to it.

Me and my friends got all our gaming stuff from here we play games through local multiplayer and Walmart rarely ever has games since walmarts supply of games is smaller than gamestops so its easier to find super popular games there than most places

This place is not that bad but every once and a while they will screw me over i took a very new game over here to sell and they gave me 20$ for it and they even put it back on the shelf for its original price but besides that the staff is nice and pretty chill

I love that its a game-focused store, but its very predatory in some aspects. DO NOT BUY USED GAMES HERE, its not worth it, they cost about as much as a new game but the developer and original buyers loose money.

Customer service is good, but their inventory was not accurate and I wasted a trip to the place. But the their credit, the gentleman at the counter did a search and found another GameStop with the game I was looking for.
