My wife and I are from Chicago visiting the White Sands Park. All of a sudden the regulator broke and our passenger side window wouldn’t go up. We needed to leave the next day and were in a bind. After calling several auto shops and being turned down, Steve graciously agreed to meet with us. He diagnosed the issue and came up with a solution the same day. Very resourceful, very professional, highly recommend.

I can’t vouch for their work, but I scheduled an appointment over 2 months ago with Rick and he forgot to book me despite us confirming the appointment via email.I waited over 2 months just to be told he never scheduled the appointment because I never confirmed it. When I showed him screenshots of our conversation, he simply ignored me.
