If there was as negative star, these folks would get it. Now you might wonder, how they even stay in business. Well...they are one of the only listed residential fence folks in the valley. On July 1st, Randy said hed be out in August to give me an estimate. With an approximate install date in September. Thats all of 3 months. But I agreed that was tolerable. Since then, Ive called 2 times a week, every week in August. I get the same response, Ill call you back later this week and let you know when Im coming by. They NEVER call back. Now they indicate that their installations are booked out an additional 3 months. What the heck? This may have been a valid excuse, early in the year when pandemic incited material shortages existed. But that ended months ago. For a business thats been around so long, they seem tremendously disorganized.

Nobody answer the phone

These people absolutely do not care about your business or the money you want to give them. Ive been reaching out repeatedly since last October to have a fence installed and theyve blown me off at every opportunity.Call me old fashioned, but businesses should want the opportunity to work for people, I shouldnt have to fight and nag just to pay for your services.

Same experience as others. Stopped in to vet quote for 3 rail fence, got material cost but couldnt estimate install without coming to property. Tried to get on install schedule which was months out, wouldnt do until site visit. They never came to look at site even though they said they had people working in the area. You would think they didnt want the job..... will use someone else

How do you rate a company that won’t even return a call or send someone to look at your job? If zero was an option, that would be my choice. Garrison would never make it in a bigger city. Too many reputable and dependable contractors would run them out on a rail.
