This place is an absolute JOKE! The owner is so incredibly rude and only cares about flirting with his employees or ripping you off. If you have an interlock they treat you like dirt, my husband had to come back three different times to get his calibrated because they refused to do it or their machine was down and the owner told him he had a 7 day grace period before the interlock machine locked him out of his car but he apparently doesn’t know anything because my husband got locked out and cannot drove his car. I HIGHLY recommend going ANYWHERE BUT HERE!

This shop is nothing but a rip off I paid over $300.00 for a car alarm that I had to install myself and the same exact alarm Sells on Amazon for $35.00 I will never shop or refer anyone to these scammers ever.

Communication was lacking. I left with half the job completed, charged me more than quoted, so when I asked if he was able to complete what I asked? He said yes they are all in there I said you were able to get the Amp and speakers in ?? He said yes I had noticed he charged more so I assumed that was why since he acted like I had not mentioned having the entire system installed. I will never go back

Had an issue with a gift certificate I had received as a gift and they wouldn’t honor it, I ask if he could have the owner call me but I never heard from them. I guess they needed the $225 more than me. Great customer service.

We had our windows tinted here 3 weeks or so ago. No bluing, no bubbling, no wrinkles. All legal darkening. The interior of our car is sooooo much cooler. VERY HAPPY with the cost/speed of installation, professionalism of the employees, and final instructions on how to care for the newly installed tint.

The staff are super friendly and helpful. You get a real sense that they care about their customers, and because of that, I will patronize superior sound. Top notch service

I had a fantastic experience with Superior Sound. I went in Wednesday to find out if I could get a stereo installed in my car. They didnt have the mounting bracket in stock, and I let them know Im moving out of town on Sunday. They took my number and said theyd let me know if they could find one. I got a call a couple hours later and they had found the mounting bracket! We made an appointment for Thursday at 1, and at 1:30 I had a new stereo in my car. Excellent job, and Thank You!!The only downside is that now all I want to do is drive around listening to music and I have to pack! :-)

They are vary rude and they change the price multiple times trying to get me to pay more. Ruff with my car didnt care. Will not go back ever would give less then one star if could.

Had my two door car, a 1/2 of a buddies truck, and another full four car tinted between myself and my buddy at this shop, and was not disappointed. Quick tinting, no bubbles, and they gave me the 15% tint I wanted all around with a huge 6 in. visor on the windshield on top of that. 10/10 would tint again.

Had appointment to get two widows tinted got there and was told they didnt have enough tint to do the windows waste of time and fuel..

Not happy with work . I took my van in to cancel alarm system and have only auto lock and un-lock . work was done withing 3 hours I went in get the truck I ask if it was all done I was told yes it was, but when I got home I notice driver side door didnt lock call the shop to see if I was doing something wrong with the new system and I was told I have a bad door actuator, I ask why no body call to notify me that and see if I wan it to be taking care of and answer was WE TOUGH YOU KNOW, I install new actuator my self and still not working so must be improper installation, if everything was working when the truck went in I was expecting the same when is done .not counting that I have to pay before the work gets done .

Great prices on decks, but especially installation! Purchased a car stereo and installation, they were very helpful and got me in right away. Vern was a really easy guy to talk to while I waited, which wasnt long at all. Will be returning for another installation for second battery setup here soon. Definitely recommended.

Does first come first serve, so I was able to get in same day. I brought in my own Bluetooth stereo and they charged $45 for the install, which was $10 cheaper than anywhere else in Corvallis or Albany. Plus the guy is really nice.

Absolute disgusting service. Brought my car in because I was ticketed for having too dark of windows, was quoted $200 to remove and replace tint, made an appointment, picked my car up when I was done and they tried charging me $295. I argued with the owner for 20 minutes to get the original quoted price on my lunch break and was late to work. 2 days later, when I finally have time to inspect the work, I find scratches in the paint in my door rails, the tint film is actually scratched in places, as well as them breaking one of my speaker guards. I called to ask what was up, and immediately was treated like an idiot and was told theres no possible way that could happen. If you care about your hard earned money and car, DO NOT come here.
