Now many months after the expected delivery date, still waiting on a silver coin I ordered online. Starting to think maybe I’m not getting the coin.

Tried to sell me a fake gold necklace for $800, staff seem more interested in gabbing with friends than helping customers,NOT ONE!!! Employee was wearing masks, very disappointed!!!

8/7/17 Stopped in quick to get some coin flips didnt have time to really shop around but good customer service and decent selection of coins. Ill return when I have more time always good to support a local business.FYI: This location does not sell firearms anymore.I would recommend.

Ive walked into this place probably 10+ times. Out of those times, maybe twice Ive been helped. Ive stood in front of their counters looking and waiting for assistance with cash in my pocket to buy and nobody came. I guess the busty girl they were talking to about her hair and nails was more important.One of the times I was helped is when I walked in with a bar of silver.Ive given them multiple times to turn on the last 5 years and nothing has changed.Old horny men who like to fantasize about womens breasts.

My husband purchased a new pistol for me on Christmas Eve here. A Taurus PT22.Once we were finally able to go and shoot it, the gun jammed constantly on every second shot, and many times throughout the 8 round magazine. (I looked this up online and its apparently a well known issue) Essentially we were sold a non working gun.We spoke to the person that sold it to him at a gun show, and he advised us to bring it back and that he would Make it Right and we picked a new pistol for exchange. We went in today to make that exchange and at the end of the transaction were informed that we would be eating $60 of that purchase price because they have to buy it back from us. Buy back a NON working gun that THEY sold us. This is NOT taking care of the customer or making it right.I am quite sure that they will send it back to Taurus and it will be replaced with a NEW pistol that they will in turn sell as new, shady business people.I did get a good pistol, but that has nothing to do with them OR Taurus and everything to do with Smith & Wesson.We will never spend another penny in that store, nor will we recommend it to anyone.
