Best oil place we have had! Great customer service!

I have had two appointments for furnace service. Both no shows. First time there was an explanation. Second time no response to my call asking where they were. I was planning to use Newcomb for my fuel oil needs but if they cant even show up for basic service before the heating season begins or extend the courtesy of returning a call, thats a bad sign.
