They do fast and great work. Highly recommend

I shop there every year. Ive never seen the store so poorly stocked or managed. The Spectrum Service man was there to shut off the internet and remove their hardware for lack of payment. The customers picking up were complaining about wrong items, the engraving station was nearly self service, they were unable to change a $100 bill on a $60 order, the registers were taking 10 minutes per customer. The items I was picking up were not what I initially ordered and such poor quality the inscribed plaque was crooked. I wondered if this will be their last year in business.

Worst customer service.I waited in an empty store for 15 minutes only to be given a quick no as an answer to my question.Will never buy anything from this company again.

Great customer service! Was looking for a retirement gift for an employee with over 40 years of service. Staffer knew exactly what would be the perfect gift. Very knowledgeable of the products and word scripture at hand. Thank you for the perfect gift.

I have not been in Things Remembered in years, and I was really surprised at how techy they were and efficient as well. Really easy and good prices to boot! :-)
