Everyone at Industrial Mfg is very skilled at what they do. Quality control is foremost top notch, shipping and receiving is spot on. Everything gets to the customer in pristine condition and is always on time. All of the machinists are very skilled at what they do. The welders have been at this business for nearly 35 years total. Professional paint shop and fabrication dept. Drafting and engineering dept is very skilled at what they do. The sales staff are very familiar with the parts that can be made at this location. The production manager is skilled in knowing how to operate the machines and weld in a need to basis in case someone cant make it to work. Ive never had a bad experience working with this company and I plan on doing work with this company for many more years to come. Please consider industrial manufacturing for all of your fabrication needs. They have an emergency service available for all after hours needs to all customers. Full line break room is a plus including vending machines, coffee, microwaves and a refrigerator.

I have been a customer for this business for nearly 30 years. I have never had any problems with the work the employees at this plant do for me. All of the employees are very friendly and helpful and are experienced at what they do. Their prices they charge for the work is pretty competitive with other machine shops that I have dealt with in the past. I would highly recommend Industrial Manufacturing for a place to work as well as a place to get machining done. You wont be disappointed.

I have been working here for just under six months. I have not experienced any major issues working here. The starting pay was good for this area. All of the other employees are easy to get along with and they have a lot of different capabilities for producing products. Everyone here seem to work as a team. All businesses have their share of problems to work thru. Its how you as an individual contribute to making things better is what counts.

Industrial Manufacturing is indeed overall a great company. They do their very best to ensure the customers needs are met. This company has great employees and they all do an outstanding job at what they do. I would highly recommend this company to do any machining needed to be done.

This company has had its ups and downs throughout the years, but the employees that have stuck it out and are still currently employed by the business are good-hearted people and great to work with. The pay is usually above average when compared to similar businesses of the same size and scale in the surrounding areas. Disgruntled employees in the past have debased the companys reputation, where it may have been warranted in some cases, most are just attempts to tarnish the image of the company from behind a keyboard due to the inability to perform their job to company standards. As with any small business in America, you may not always agree with the decisions or actions made by the CEO. But in my experiences working with Industrial MFG, if you do your job to the best of your ability and dont make waves very often, you will be successful more often than not. As long as you come in with the mindset that small businesses carry small town drama compared to big corporations with major ramifications for not properly performing your job, then you will have a better understanding of what you may be dealing with. Overall, Industrial Manufacturing is an exceptional place to work if you have any form of mechanical/technical background. Just like any job out there, do it and do it right and you have nothing to worry about. An added bonus is that there is always free hot coffee in the break room.
