Ive place 3 or 4 orders now in the last few months and been really happy each time with the service and prices. Im just working on smaller projects and Ive never felt like I was bothering anyone with my smaller orders.

Excellent customer service on the phone, at the counter, and in the warehouse its not a huge warehouse so call ahead and see if you need to order what your after. I imagine it fluctuates but there is a fairly well organized assortment of cutoff peices on a per pound scale

They had what I needed and they are close to my house. After cutting to size the stainless steel sheet that I ordered, they were also able to bend the edges, so I could use it to replace the bottom of the burner area of my gas grill. Saved buying a new grill! I will definitely go back next time I have project that needs a piece of metal.

After getting the wrong metal cut for me, I called the Owner Diane and she said to come back the next day and she would swap it out. I went back and her husband was there helping her at the front desk. He asked me what he was supposed to do with the metal from the day before? He mentioned they would have to eat it. He told me it wasnt his problem and that I ordered the metal wrong. After some back and forth, I went out back and took the metal out of my truck and told them they could keep it, I couldnt use it. Her husband came out and threw a piece back in my truck, scratching the side up. Then he picked a piece up and motioned like he was going to hit me with it.
