Great storage place and affordable. The lady who runs it is amazing and so sweet and helpful.

Very nice on-site managers. Places are clean. My dog likes hanging out there!

Staff is very friendly and helpful, and have basic supplies available (locks and that type of thing). Rates are comparable to others in the area. There was a single time when my unit was mistakenly over locked but a quick phone call had it resolved immediately.All in all, if youre looking for short or long term storage in the Albany area, this place gets the nod from me.

Excellent Management! Shelley & Rod really go the extra mile to take care of their customers and maintain a safe, clean & secure facility! I rest easy, knowing my possessions are safe in their care! I highly recommend, as I feel my money is well spent, for the security & customer service I receive.

I have had a locker here for 10+ years. They are friendly and helpful. Not climate controlled but very clean .

Love the managers there always so polite and comical always a clean enviroment plan to stay for awhile yet

DO NOT RENT HERE. They cheated me. I paid for an 8 x 10 unit, and, got their version, which is 8 square, 10 high ceiling!!! 8 x 10 means 10 deep. AND, it was damp inside!!!

Called to rent this unit and they told me it would be over $70. I told them their website says otherwise. Woman told me she could not honor their own websites advertised price. LOL. I think Ill look elsewhere for my storage needs.

They have raised the price so much plus you have to have storage inc. Im paying over $150.00 a month its crazy but I dont have the money to move my stuff somewhere else right now.

Horrible service. I was told that my unit was over due and i needed to pay $121 51for my unit 20 dollars for a late fee, and 50 dollars for an auction fee only to find out that I had the receipt that said its Paid.
