Went there to get oil changed on my diesel truck while I was in town. VERY reasonable considering diesel and it requires more oil. Under 50$. Everyone else in town wants over 100. I was suprised and pleased. Quick and friendly

I was there for 3 hours to get 2 new tires

Had a slow, steady leak in one of my tires and was unable to find anywhere else open past 5:00pm on a Friday to get it patched. I called around 4:45pm and asked if it would be possible to bring my car in. I was told that they were open until 7:00pm and I did not need an appointment, that I could come anytime. I drove over 30 minutes to get there and when I arrived I was told to pull my car around. Once pulling my car around and parking, I was met by an extremely rude employee who told me that they were no longer taking any cars. I explained that I had just be told to pull my car around, to which he replied they had stopped taking cars an hour ago. Mind you, at this point it had been an hour since I had called. I pointed out this fact and asked why I wasnt informed that they were no longer accepting cars for service when I called the first time. He was unable to give me any useful information beyond a continuous and condescending reply of Well, were not taking anymore cars. We stopped taking them an hour ago. I am well aware of the fact that at some point you have to cut off when you accept anymore vehicles, BUT if that time is over TWO HOURS before you close, I would strongly suggest informing people of that instead of telling them to bring their car in for service. Absolutely will NOT be going back.

Honestly this place deserves zero stars because i didnt even get helped. I pulled up and waited in line for 20 minutes and it was just 2 guys changing 1 tire. No one acknowledged our presence or even tried to assist us. I understand if you are busy but acting like we dont exist is just unprofessional. There was also a lady waiting as well. I went to the service desk and all she is going to do is tell the manager so what good will that do? Anyway terrible experience i would get your oil changed or tires done somewhere else. Dont waste your time here!!!

Auto center put wrong brand of oil in my car even with them being told what oil brand and I am on file there same car for oil changes prior to covid 19 hitting America !

Always do a good job on oil changes. Have 320000 miles on gmc Sierra. Started going to Walmart at 70000. Lots of turn over but they still do a good job.

Came with a single tire, already off the car, for a change. Quoted 30 minutes, and it took well over an hour and a half. Once it was finished the person supposed to ring it up ignored us and left for break, and we had to wait for them to come back to be able to pay and leave.

I waited for 15 minutes, the red-headed associate looked at me 3 times, and never said a word. She helped 2 other people who came after me, before assisting me. Terrible customer service.

Great price on car tires & prompt service!

Ordered a new set of tires and had them shipped to this store so I could pick them up.Had delays with shipping as ND saw on FedEx tracking that they couldnt deliver because the Walmart tire center was closed.They did deliver them the next day at 10:30 as and nobody even botherd to call me, I got the standard pivk up after 6 email at 7 pm when the tire center closed on Friday.Went to the store at 4am and waited for the tire center to open but, at 7am the door was still locked and nobody inside.I was told nobody would be there until 11 am and when I explained the trouble and delays Ive already been through, the reply I got was ole well.I drove around front and went in and got the manager to get my tires.Beware if you plan to by tires here and they wont install them if you have after market rims or if the tire size is different than whats on the vehicle.I dought Ill ever buy tires from Walmart again, or at least not this store.

After the work was done, no one bothered to say anything. We stayed 40 minutes waiting to be told that the work was done in 10. I will never go back.

There was short of help. Had to wait, the guys there did there best.

Horrible customer service. Not enough workers. Workers will tell you 2 hour wait for one person ahead of you. Workers do not look professional and doesnt seem urgent to take care of customers lazy. I will not be returning, you have lost a customer.

Waited 30 minutes for someone at the register to come so I could pay. They really need to staff someone to work the register while the tire center is open.

Hit or miss...sometimes they are fast and do a good job. Others...not so much.

They didnt open at 7:00 they said they didnt have any.body to work they might open at 11:00 no way to run a business
